Polo Deep Blue Parfum by Ralph Lauren Parfum 40ml

Love this scent! Mango in the note breakdown makes this one have a tropical yet office friendly vibe! The cristal fizz note also makes this one very bright, yet the woods and patchouli on the dry down make this very masculine and dark. Great for anytime of the day and may lean more of a summer scent.

Lets just put it this way, my bf loves it! I had it smell this freebie once i unopened it if he likes it then i already know he'll rock it real good! Be careful though, you dont want any girls accidentally falling in lust with him with this magic potion! Since; it smells like a hot guy somewhere near a beach!

The mango really gives this the edge over the competition. The performance is also great. Strong projection for a couple hours. Silage is off the charts, 5 or 6 hours after applying and you and others will still smell it. Also works great in cold weather. Highly recommended

A summer, ocean scent for the evening

A fresh summer scent. A bit too expensive for what you get, but if you are looking for a darker scent for summer that still smells fresh like the ocean but still a little bit spicy, then this is the one to get. It's also a Parfum, so it will last a little longer than the other polo fragrances, but being a Polo fragrance, that doesn't mean a whole lot. You get about 4-5 hours of performance. Most parfums should last over 6-8 hours. This can be used as an office scent, but it works best when going out, when it's hot and it's getting dark.

Great Blue Fragrance for men.

I tried before I bought, but not just this Many other brands I compared and I chose Polo Deep Blue! I collect with over 150 in my collection this one is in my regular rotation. Ok, it is a typical blue, but it has its own character. It is a very smooth and has creamy wood dry down, it has already got me compliments. It also is a parfum concentration so for a blue it has good projection and lasting power.

It's an ok composition.

It opens with a bright citrus note with the mango and a heavy heavy ambroxan note. The mango is juicy and sweet. The patchouli comes up in the dry down and the ambroxan remains. The ambroxan kind of makes my nose tingle. I was surprised that the mango note stays throughout the whole fragrance. It's a pleasant composition but it's very generic. It immediately reminded me of several other fragrances. The performance was ok. It starts very strong but fizzles away after about 6 hours on my skin. Projection was about an hour. Product not as described. Ulta's Fault.

Buyer beware. The actual cologne itself is amazing I'm not knocking Polo at all. This is a poor review on Ulta for an inaccurate description. The picture is shown as a 4.2 fl oz bottle. What you actual receive is a bottle half that size for the same price. Ulta hasn't edited it and won't care if you complain even after they were made aware.

Very disappointed

I'd like to consider myself an avid collector of fine fragrances. I've been using the Polo Ralph Lauren lineup for almost 2 decades now. The blue lineup is one of my all time favorites this one in particular is very underwhelming and does not perform nothing like the rest. It smells very sweet and does not last at all. You'd have to practically shower yourself to even notice the scent.

Very nice

Deep Blue starts out strong and clean. Almost antiseptic - but in a good way. It’s also got a nice crisp citrus aroma. After an hour or so, that scent melts into a more oily aroma. I definitely picked up sage in there somewhere. Finally, much later than that, Beep Blue really shines as it transforms into a deeply warm aroma. Here is where the “ocean” scent comes in. I also picked up a little patchouli, and my favorite - musk.⁣⁣Would I recommend this? For sure. It’s a long lasting scent that starts out crisp and clean during the workday then moves into a rich inviting scent for after dark. This one is definitely one I’ll return to.⁣
