Mine came wrapped neatly but once opened it had top two buttons open, sleeves rolled up and a cuff button missing. Clearly been on a mannequin or worse returned stock, disappointing and never buy from them again

Mine came wrapped neatly but once opened it had top two buttons open, sleeves rolled up and a cuff button missing. Clearly been on a mannequin or worse returned stock, disappointing and never buy from them again

I love the Classic Fit Polo button down shirts, I have quite the collection now. I really love the fit the quality and the classy selection of colours available.
Bought two, have had to resew 4 buttons, 3 on one shirt alone with two more frayed and ready to fall. Both worn twice, washed ONCE. Had dozens of RL shirts over the years, cared for the same, never had this problem. Extremely disappointing.
