I have always been a RL buyer, however the quality seems to have declined over the years. I guess they have added a more competitive range of cheaper items? Just not as good from pass buys.

Ordered the light grey shirt (as shown on website) called Canterbury Grey but it’s a very dark grey instead. But, more annoying than that is the price is listed on website as £78 reduced from £95 so how come I have received a shirt with the original unchanged price tag showing £68!! This is just a total rip off and not what you expect from supposedly reputable HOF.

I'm delighted with my purchase from Flannels! The Ralph polo shirt I bought for my son is of exceptional quality and looks incredibly stylish. The shopping experience was smooth, and the customer service was top-notch. Flannels is definitely my go-to store for fashionable finds for my family.
The material is quite thick but not overly hot under the sun. The collar, my favorite feature, is extremely sturdy and when flipped up stays in place and looks amazing as well as protects my neck from the scorching heat of the sun.
Bought for my hubby as a bday gift want to start to buy him one good item from on hence why I went for Ralph Lauren label .. overall as expected, nice shade of blue a little diff & a good slim fit for him. Material is lighter than I expected for a collar t shirt but he prefers that as lighter to wear in summer. I personally prefer thicker material as I feel it makes them look more expensive.
I ordered this shirt for my husband but was disappointed to find that it’s not the nice silver grey as shown on HOF website but a dark mottled grey. Also, the price tag clearly says £68! The price tag has not been changed or altered in any way and certainly does not show (and it appears it never has) that it was £95 or even £78 - but is clearly a £68 shirt.Very disappointed in HOF for this. Customer Services we’re very dismissive of my complaint, stating that they often have sales but don’t have time to change all the tickets!!
After wearing this (and the 3 others purchased) twice, the collar has started to curl up and forever having to push it back down. These are not worth the money.
Really lovely - for the first wear! After that, washed at 30 degrees, shrunk, unwearable, in the bin. Shocking! Not the first to mention this in a review either.
This is a nice classic polo shirt. I like the quality of the Piqué fabric. I am struggling though to find the right size for a really good "custom fit". While size Small is to tight around my shoulders, size Medium is way to wide for a "custom fit". It may be my weird physique but i dont have this issue with other's brands tailor/slim fit polo shirts.
