I been able to get multiple days out of a single charge and I've yet to have the headset battery die, as the battery status is clearly visible on my connected devices and I can charge when I leave the office.My only minor complaint is the headset fit. There is plenty of adjustability, but I wish there was a bit more clamping pressure on my head so it would feel more secure. I've never had a problem with the headset falling off, but it does feel very loose on my head. I tend to prefer more securing fitting headphones, but the clear tradeoff would be reduced comfort. This headset is very comfortable, but may sacrifice a more secure fit. As long as this is being used in an office/home-office setting, there should be no concern. They may fall off if I were in a reclined position or were to bend over too far to pick something up off the floor, so this might not be the best headset in a more active environment.Overall, I'm very impressed with this device and can not recommend it enough for people needing a good headset for work. If I were looking for another headset, I would strongly consider the stereo headset version, which would be even better for music audio quality and noise isolation in a open-office setting.

Bluetooth is v5.2 The Bluetooth range is a generous 164 feet (50 meters) thanks to the custom USB adapter. The adapter is paired to the headset at the factory, but you can re-pair it if you need to.It is strongly recommended to use the supplied Bluetooth adapter rather than relying on the personal computer’s Bluetooth to achieve this kind of range. My home office is located on the lowest level of my 2 story, split level home, and there are multiple walls and halls. I was able to basically go from one end of the house where my office is, to my kitchen on the other side, and not have a single issue. The audio never dropped and remained as good as it was sitting at my desk.The mute button worked well, but seemed to have problems with MS Teams integration. I’ve had multiple occasions where I would give a single press to the button, but the mute would toggle back and forth. Example would be someone requesting me to speak, and I hit the button, and the voice prompt would say, “unmuted. Muted” and I would have to hit the button again to unmute.The first time I thought I double-pressed the button, but since then I have been very precise with using it, and it still is a intermittent problem. I have not experienced this with Cisco Jabber, or any other app, so this seems specific to MS Teams.Being that this is a mono headset, I wear the headset on my left ear. Everything is well placed but the power button. If you wore the headset on the right ear, the power button is easily accessible by your thumb, but the motion to turn the headset on would be a push, not a pull.The rest of the controls are easy to find and use.I will say that the lens app helps customize your experience, making it easy to set your default settings so you have the same experience no matter the app.Overall, I give the headset a 4 out of 5, only due to the amount of treble in the audio. It is just a bit too much, and not enough bass to keep it well rounded. Because of the treble, you can easily hear a hiss in the background, and it’s a little annoying.

I was able to basically go from one end of the house where my office is, to my kitchen on the other side, and not have a single issue. The audio never dropped and remained as good as it was sitting at my desk.The mute button worked well, but seemed to have problems with MS Teams integration. I’ve had multiple occasions where I would give a single press to the button, but the mute would toggle back and forth. Example would be someone requesting me to speak, and I hit the button, and the voice prompt would say, “unmuted. Muted” and I would have to hit the button again to unmute.The first time I thought I double-pressed the button, but since then I have been very precise with using it, and it still is a intermittent problem. I have not experienced this with Cisco Jabber, or any other app, so this seems specific to MS Teams.Being that this is a mono headset, I wear the headset on my left ear. Everything is well placed but the power button. If you wore the headset on the right ear, the power button is easily accessible by your thumb, but the motion to turn the headset on would be a push, not a pull.The rest of the controls are easy to find and use.I will say that the lens app helps customize your experience, making it easy to set your default settings so you have the same experience no matter the app.Overall, I give the headset a 4 out of 5, only due to the amount of treble in the audio. It is just a bit too much, and not enough bass to keep it well rounded. Because of the treble, you can easily hear a hiss in the background, and it’s a little annoying.

To me, the two most important features for an office headset are that it has electronic noise canceling on the microphone, and that it is comfortable to wear all day. The Poly 4320 checks both these boxes. The only negative with the noise canceling mic is that you may want to disable the lower quality noise canceling that's built into Teams or Zoom, but I haven't had a problem with it yet personally. Lower end headsets won't be as comfortable and won't have a noise canceling mic, higher end headsets will usually add active noise canceling to the headphones. I found the Voyager 4320 does a good job of sealing my ears (as an on-ear headset) without needing people to shout to get my attention, so the lack of ANC doesn't seem like a big deal given the price.Range is very good with the included BT700 dongle. At home, I was able to walk down to my kitchen to get a drink while staying on a call, and that's a welcome feature for me. The 4320 can also function as a wired headset if you connect the included USB-C charging cable - I'm so glad more devices are coming with USB-A to USB-C adapters, and that it continues to work while charging.For IT Departments, the Poly Lens app is HUGE. I've already done a deployment to some test users via Intune and added SSO capability with Azure AD. Once installed on the end user's PC, they just sign in with their MS 365 account and it automatically adds their headset to inventory. You can check for devices that need a firmware upgrade, adjust settings like sidetone or hearing protection, and your helpdesk staff can use the software to help a remote worker troubleshoot. Totally awesome and VERY easy to implement - I had it set up for deployment in less than an hour. And it's totally free. Well done, Poly!

Normally, I'd use my laptios mic/speakers however I've run into some issues with background noise, low sound quality and poor mic performance. I have another wired headset I used to use however that seems to have passed on and isn't quite the same (quality wise) as it used to be.This headset seemed to check off a few boxes in that it's wireless, lightweight and (supposedly) comfortable. My previous headset was wired so couldn't really leave my laptop and get something to drink or do laundry or whatever. Since these are wireless, no issues now as I can freely roam around my place and do stuff while still on a call. The range on this is 50 feet or so however my place isn't quite that big. From wandering around from room to room I haven't experienced any drops or frequent disconnects. The only time it did disconnect was when I went to my bedroom which is about 30 feet away and about 6 walls away from my laptop. Not surprised by this as even some of my other bluetooth earbuds have this issue.The headset is lightweight for sure. I sat on about 4 calls today, each ranging from 30-60 minutes in duration. Never once did the headset feel heavy or uncomfortable. Being pretty lightweight, it almost got to the point where I didn't feel them on my head which is great. And as far as comfort goes, these are SUPER comfy. Normally, I hate on-ear headphones since they are uncomfortable for me and make my ears hurt after some use. The earpads on these are sorta squishy to the touch so they don't press against my earlobes like most other on-ear headphones do. As such, I have no concerns/issues with wearing these for long periods of time as they check the box in terms of comfort.I don't have any negatives about this headset to be honest. Aside from having to wear it for my conference calls, these work as one would a headset to work which is great. They're lightweight, comfy and provide great sound quality.

The pre-paired bluetooth dongle makes syncing up this headset real easy. Plug in the USB dongle and turn on the headset, and you are ready to go. The headset also allows bluetooth pairing, and you may connect to a second device (a phone or computer) by setting the headset in pairing mode. Should you run out of battery, plugging in the included USB A/C to C cable will allow you to use the headset in tether mode as a wired headset and still allow for charging. Sadly the pictogram instructions provided in the quick start guide was a bit lacking in detail, so if you are lost like I was, you have to look up the online manual. The headset is Microsoft Teams certified, and the moment it was plugged into a USB port with the pre-paired dongle, the teams certification pops up. This allows you to engage teams by pressing the button in the center.The only downside for me on this headset is that the headset microphone is on the right. While it is flexible enough to be placed on your left ear and rotated into position, the headset has no way of flipping the left and right channels. For Teams and Zoom meetings this won't matter, but for music you would want to keep the right channel on the right ear. I also found it annoying that everytime I muted the microphone in Teams or Zoom, the device would say “Mute” and “Unmute” in spoken words.In conclusion, get one of these if you are working from home on a regular basis or need a headset for work. It is well worth it, and frankly I don't know why I did not get this earlier.

However, the street noise was not picked up during my calls.Overall, this is a solid headset. The comfort aspect was the only point that could be different for me given a larger head frame, but for most it would likely be a comfortable wear through the day. I was pleasantly surprised by the audio and mic quality, and definitely plan to continue to use this with work.

Due to their position on your ears and the light weight, there is little-to-no wearing fatigue for longer meetings (or strings of meetings), and everything breathes well so it doesn't get too hot.The 4320 has a dedicated button for Microsoft Teams, comes with a USB adapter for connecting to your PC, and can connect via Bluetooth to your cell phone. It can quickly switch between multiple devices, so you can leave a call on your cell and join a webinar on your computer fluidly. Onboard buttons allow you to put the headset in pairing mode as well as quickly mute (the boom, when folded all the way up, also mutes).In some ways this headset is built for an enterprise environment--the aforementioned USB adapter allows for plug-and-play operation on your corporate computer, without any installation/administrative rights required. And, the 4320 is compatible with many mainstream phone systems: Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Ring Central, and others (requires an additional accessory if your desk phone doesn't have bluetooth capabilities).As a standalone headset, it charges via a USB-A to USB-C cable, which can also be used simultaneously when on a call (if you run out of battery). But, you can easily get through an entire day of meetings without worrying about recharging.Although the microphone can't be moved from ear to ear, the headset can be turned around and warn comfortably if you prefer the mic on the left side. Included in the box is a soft carrying case that doesn't offer much protection, but does a good job holding the headset and any accessories.The headset retails for $169, and even if purchasing this out of your own pocket (i.e., your employer doesn't buy it for you), I think it's well worth the price. It's very slightly heavier than the wired headset, but the sound quality is the same - and this one has playback in ear of your voice so that you're not speaking too loudly in the room for others to hear you. I'm a pretty loud typer, but people I'm in meetings with have not complained about my typing since using this headset. I found that I could only use it as a microphone and headset for chat apps (I tested with Discord), and it would not playback the audio from the game I was playing. This is where the USB dongle comes in. Adding that in and using it fixed that issue right away. However, when I connected this natively to my Macbook Pro, it worked without the dongle for all audio needs. I find myself leaving the headset on all day as it's light enough and soft enough to not become irritating. The battery life is as advertised - I tend to be able to go two days before having to charge (and that's only based on my paranoia rather than the device running out by then). I've added some pictures because the microphone is attached to the right earpiece and not the left - I think it's possibly mirrored on the product page. It's just something to get used to but doesn't really get in the way.
