The reality is that none of the video streaming services support 4K yet but the low resolution default is likely to result in customer satisfaction issues right off the bat.If you have video calls with more than a couple of people in the room your other video call participants will really appreciate the video tracking features, microphone quality, and noise canceling. If not you may want to explore some of the other fantastic Poly options that are much easier to set up out of the box. My favorite is the Poly Studio 21 which is a full featured monitor with everything built in.

We have delpoyed these Poly video bars in our US meeting rooms and have been very pleased with the results. We are a MS TEAMS environment, and these have been great for TEAMS video and audio calls. The camera can also auto track the participants in the room. Careful though- this feature is not liked by everyone. You cannot beat the price of this video bar and the quality sound and image are great!

This video bar is great. The design is nice and sleek and would look great in any area. The video quality is crystal clear and the sound quality is superb. This video bar connects via usb which is very convenient. The noise lock technology is outstanding and makes having meetings much more better. This video bar is a must have and I definitely recommend it.

This is a great confrencing camera with a great microphone and good speakers. The best part of this product is the camera. The zoom and follow features are pretty accurate and follow the speaker if they are mobile. The clarity is really good. The speaker is better than most other conferencing systems but it gets loud at times for no reason. If I had one complaint about this product it would have to be the size. It is HUGE!! My conference room is a good size but the desk is a 4 seater and this camera was difficult to find a good spot in the room.

I used this in my studio for video conferencing and remote directed sessions via Zoom and Zencaster. It is a little overkill for my needs but I can see how it would be great in a room with multiple people and with need for speakers. I use my headphones while recording so the great sound system/expensive components were more than I need.
We recently shifted to all our meetings being hosted in MS Teams. We have successfully used these camera, mic, and speaker bars in dozens of our rooms. The auto frame feature is great and the sound quality is a real step up from our previous ceiling microphone set up. Our users are surprised at how well the microphones pick up and they feel they no longer need to shout at the mic to be heard. These have been a great addition to our meeting rooms and we continue to upgrade our rooms with them.
The Studio adds to your small business conferencing tools. The setup is easy and it gives you versatility of single user mode or multiple people to use. The video is on point and exceptionally clear and so is the audio. The best feature I feel is when there's a group of people and as the conversation goes from person to person the camera focusing and tracks the speaker. It's really an amazing feature. This is great for small businesses and smaller conference rooms.
We have purchased several of these for small and medium size conference rooms, which helps us to keep our work from home staff connected. One problem though, in the California school system, we make every effort to support those individuals that are hard of hearing. We use voice and audio lift systems that broadcast audio to individual hand held units or cellphones. To simplify our equipment, it would be very helpful if the Poly Studio USB bar had audio line out. This only needs to be the preamp audio to the speakers. We already pick up audio from a separate microphone system.
We have upgraded our logi conference system with this poly studio.Very nice audio video quaility. Stand alone bluetooth feature to make any phone call to share with multiple people. This is very useful to make instant confernce with our phone in a large group.Rest everything is good
