Looks a good tarp but beware the size quoted. It bought this tarp because of quality and size. However it was not 1.8 m wide but 1.7 m wide. I kept it but am not happy it is 10cm short.

Bought the tarp for a cover for my box trailer. 4 year warranty sounds like it will last .... BUT .... less than 12 months later it has deteriorated to the point where it is completely falling apart and you can easily push your finger through it. I bought the same tarp a few years back and it lasted well. Now they are rubbish. Will return it to Bunnings, maybe it was a bad batch.

Used it for 2 winters to cover a wood pile - so perhaps a total of 10 months use. Not used in summer. It has become porous in places where the silvered coating is starting to disintegrate. 5 years - I don't think so

Excellent product. Tough and well reinforced. The D-loops are well spaced and secured.I bought this one to replace an older one (same brand) I'd damaged with a shovel while moving a load of dirt off it. So not shovel proof, but what tarp is?Also bought a larger (5m) one at the same time. Just as happy with that one.
Have been using this tarp to fully enclose/cover my bikes dog trailer over winter. Although it's on the veranda, it's also open to the prevailing winds and rain as I love on top of a hill, the tap is still in perfect condition as is the trailer. Very happy with this product.
I bought a 2.4 x 3.00 tarp and in less than 24 hours one of the rings had torn out. It was erected as a shelter with 4 tent poles and guy ropes. It wasn't windy and certainly wasn't over tightened. I expect this from a cheaper tarp but certainly not one that professes to be heavy duty. Other brands have lasted me for years in more arduous situations so I will never buy Polytuf again it's absolute rubbish.
I bought this tarpaulin to cover an outdoor table to protect it from the weather. The tarpaulin is good because it is thick and tough. It also has rings to fasten it around the edges so it doesn't come off the table.
D-ring attachment is of such low quality that the first appreciable wind gust pulled out corner D-rings. Stitching of corner D-rings was coming undone WHILE I was making hand-stitched repairs. I can't speak to the UV resistance of the tarps, as there is no way that I would leave them out in the weather for extended periods.
This has to be the worst quality product that I have ever purchased from Bunnings. There is nothing heavy duty about it. The material used is not UV resistant and quickly breaks down if left out. Mine was used to cover a trailer and after 4 weeks I noticed a bit of discolouration. Within 4 months the material was breaking up and no longer provided any water resistants. Buy the cheaper blue (non heavy) tarpaulin or better still, purchase one off eBay.
Love these tarps. Have had two of these for around 8 years. I use them for everything - wind breaks, trailer covers, rain covers, shade, lining the boot for messy gardening work, etc. They've never failed me. One now has a wear hole from someone dragging it on concrete, but still good. I'm going to buy another one today :-)
