Where has this miracle cleansing cream been my whole life and why did it take almost 40 years to discover? I recently found Pond’s Cold Cream Cleanser after dealing with rosacea, ingredient allergies, and other skin challenges. It is the only cleanser that doesn’t activate my rosacea or cause issues with my moisture barrier. It is the only cleanser I’ve found without Actives that effectively and gently cleanses my skin and takes off all makeup and sunscreen. My skin is soft and vibrant after using this and perfectly prepared for my skincare. It is truly the most gentle, hydrating and cost effective cleanser I have used. This will be a repeat purchase.

This stuff is like magic! Photo taken after using product and wiping off with cotton pads. It removes my waterproof mascara and eyeliner with ease. I apply a pea sized amount to each side of my face, spread it around and allow it to sit for 30 seconds. (Be sure to keep your eyes closed because it is uncomfortable to get in your eyes) After allowing it to sit I massage it in with my fingers until I can feel the mascara is removed. Then wipe off with a towel or cotton pad. I always wash my face afterwards to remove the oily residue. This is my favorite because it requires minimal effort. Previous makeup removers have needed a lot more abrasion and made my lashes fall out but this stuff is so gentile!

I started using this because I had an allergic reaction to my previous cleanser, and I'm really glad I've found this. My grandma also has sensitive skin so she recommended this because she likes the brand's other products. I will say that it has a very strong perfume-like smell, not bad but not the best either. Once I have it on I don't really notice it too much but I can smell it on my hands through out the day, though it weakens a lot after an hour or two. But I love how it works as a cleanser, and it's very moisturizing!! My skin feels so soft and refreshed when I use it and I haven't had a bad reaction to it yet so this is a winner to me!

This is honestly a pretty decent cleanser, works well as part of a double cleanse to break down water resistant spf, oils, etc. Even works well as a morning cleanser, depending on your skin. Without being drying or irritating. It's surprisingly moisturizing, but it's just not my cup of tea. I personally prefer cleansing oils over this type of cleanser. So it's not something I'd repurchase but I do recommend it, especially if you have dry skin.

I've been using Pond's Cold Cream-Makeup Removing Cleanser off and on, for 20 years. I used only this for 10 yrs, and I still come back to it often, even despite the skincare craze. I was told, like many before me, it's the best beauty cleanser made, and I can't disagree. It was a hype before my time and now. It removes makeup so well, without stripping the skin, and adding hydration at the same time. This is my go-to for stubborn makeup or when I tint my eyebrows or get dye on my skin since it removes dye well, again, without stripping the skin. Using gentle but EFFECTIVE skincare products has been my secret for good skin. Now that I turned 40yo, I am even more vigilant on what I use on my face, hence the reason I came back to Pond's for the above mentioned ... MoreI've been using Pond's Cold Cream-Makeup Removing Cleanser off and on, for 20 years. Even if you have dry skin, get this, it will do wonders, and it's a perfect 1 step in a double cleanse for ALL. It's creamy, spreads easily, gentle, and moisturizing. It's been around a longtime for a reason. Highly recommend!

This is my everyday cleanser and I'm obsessed. I used to use makeup remove wipes to remove my makeup and nothing else. I know, awful. But I slowly started to ditch the makeup wipes and use cleanser instead. I purchased this on a whim when I ran out of my Innis Free Green tea cleanser but I always knew it to be a tried and true staple for many people for many years, including my mom and nanny. Once I started using this, I noticed my acne disappeared and my skin is so clear and smooth! It truly gets off all my stubborn, hard to remove, shellacked to my face makeup. It literally melts it all way and leaves my skin so soft. The scent is powdery fresh and I love that you don't need a ton of this product to work its magic. I will forever continue to purchase.

Caused AWFUL eye allergy

Something has changed in this formula. After removing EVERYTHING from my daily/nightly routine for 5 months while going through horrible skin testing and prednisone treatments I used Ponds Cold cream for the first time since eliminating all products. Woke up this morning with dry flakes all over both eyelids and both eyelids are red and almost swollen shut again. I’m furious and also sad because this product was a favorite in my skincare routine. Now I’m reading this has happened to other people, too! Genuinely would like to know what has changed in this formula so I can avoid this ingredient in the future!

I'm so disappointed in this cream. On Saturday night I came to take off my makeup with this Pond's cream and washed my hand on my face. And I noticed that my hand was slightly stained with very light makeup and when I woke up it was my surprise that I found my hand all stained and very dark that until now (05/21/23) I don't know how to take it off and I'm afraid that it won't go away. I'm really so disappointed with this cream that I really don't recommend it I leave my hand all stained and I don't know if it's going to be removed... it's the first time I used it and I really didn't expect that result towards my hand that I was going to stain it and without being able to take it off… it doesn’t let me upload my picture but I don’t care I have proof if they asked for ... MoreI'm so disappointed in this cream. This is SOOOOO hard to get off my face. I was hoping to get it off with another cleanser and follow a two step routine--but I have to use a rag because no matter what I can't get it off my face (yes--I know it's in the instructions to wipe off of the face) . Even with the rag it's hard to get off my face! If any residue is left over it results in breakouts--which again, it's hard to remove all traces of it since it's such a stubborn product. Yes it melts makeup very well--but now I'm stuck with goop and smeared makeup all over my face. I tried to like it--I really did. I knew this had fragrance but the smell is like apple bobbing in perfume. It's so strong. I also have to get it off my face really fast otherwise I get instant pimples--I don't break out easily mind ... MoreThis is SOOOOO hard to get off my face. Disappointed as I bought it as a result of youtube reviews--I don't know if the formula recently changed or something.

I recently rediscovered this amazing makeup remover! I haven't used this since college, I was a theatre major and did community theatre for several years, and this stuff got rid of every trace of stage makeup without drying out my skin. I recently bought it again after years of not using it, because I recently started to use makeup again. This stuff gets rid of every trace of makeup, while being good to your skin. My skin still stays soft and moisturized, even after I rinse it off.
