Pop Tarts Blueberry - 96g

It’s rare I have breakfast. I tend to sleep until noon so it puts a damper on things… One day I was out grocery shopping and decided to wander down the breakfast aisle for fun. My eye caught the display of Pop-Tarts! I haven’t had these little pockets of jam filled wonders in ages! For fun I threw a box of the Wild Berry in my cart and never looked back. The pastry is just as I remembered it. Tasteless but so nostalgic. The coating is a tasteless purple frosting with the famous blue swirl. The filling is a wild berry jam that isn’t overly sweet. I love to eat these plain or toasted. Either way, they are great. I still won’t wake up for breakfast to eat these, but to have them as a snack is just as good!

A yummy snack for the kids and myself!

I’ve been looking for a yummy snack for the kids and myself, to help us make it to lunch. These Pop-Tarts®-Frosted Blueberry Pop-Tarts® Bites are perfect! They’re the perfect size, which is especially convenient while driving. I don’t have to worry about getting crumbs all over. The blueberry flavor is tasty! It’s just the right amount of blueberry, not overpowering.My kids asked me to add these to the grocery list for our next shopping trip. I just love when we can all agree on the same snack.These Pop-Tarts®-Frosted Blueberry Pop-Tarts® Bites are great for an anytime snack! By the time I get to the last bite, I’m tempted to open up a second bag.

Delicious!

Blueberry is my favorite flavor of Pop Tart, so when offered the opportunity to try this 5-pouch package of Frosted Blueberry Pop Tart BITES in exchange for my honest opinion, I gladly accepted.Each 150 calorie pouch weighs 1.4 oz and contains 6 Bites approx 1" x 1" in size. They contain a fair amount of blueberry filling and are topped with white glaze frosting that has been dusted with candied confetti.Personally, I prefer my Pop Tarts warm out of the toaster, but these Bites would definitely suffice for those mornings when I am running late.My Grandkids don't care if they are warm or cold, they love these Pop Tart Bites!I like that my 2 yr old grandchild can also eat them without the worry of him choking.

Flavor That Pops!

The Frosted Blueberry Pop-Tarts Bites are wonderful, for an on-the-go treat. My family loves the taste. They are hard to stop eating. The box comes with five easy-to-open pouches. Each pouch has approximately 7 Pop Tart Bites. They have a power-packed blueberry flavor. The frosted sprinkle topping looks excellent and is fun for the kids. I noticed some B vitamins, blueberries, apples, and turmeric among some of the nicer ingredients. I would not consider these healthy, but a yummy once-in-a-while treat. I do love that they are RSPO-certified sustainable palm oil. That is a huge step in the right direction.

Great Taste

I love Pop-Tarts! Typically, I like the large version, but these Frosted Blueberry Pop-Tarts Bites we're pretty tasty as well. The blueberry fruit flavor is great, but I felt like it got a little lost with all the crust in these bites. The crust to fruit to frosting ratio was a little different then compared to the big version of Pop-Tarts and I felt there was maybe a little too much crust. You can also see in my pictures that several of the bites had very little frosting on them, which is unfortunate because that frosting adds a nice little crunch to the bite. Overall though, these taste great and make a tasty snack or breakfast addition.

Ok but inconsistent

The kids like these because they are easier to eat than the full ones. They are an on the go snack for them. However, they don't love them because of the inconsistency. The sizes vary (which is fine) but some have more filling than others. Some have more icing than others. The ones that have all the icing and filling are great. But the ones that are lacking filling are too much of the pop tart bread and dry. Great concept, but just needs a bit of work. Flavor is preference. My son prefers blueberry while my daughter likes the strawberry better.

Perfect Treat for Mommy

So Pop-Tart Bites disappear very fast in my house so I got the Blueberry flavored ones because my son doesn't like blueberry so these were all mine! I love Pop-Tarts Bites for snacks at work. They are the perfect size for a quick snack. These were just a little messy and left just a few tiny frosting crumbs but the taste makes it so worth a few crumbs! These bring back memories of childhood and the flavor is just as good as the regular Pop-Tarts. These are perfect for sharing (if you are willing to share) and I took some with me when I had to take my dad to a day-long set of dr appointments. These are easy to grab and pop into your mouth around a face mask. A really great snack!

Pop Tarts Bites frosted blueberry

I recently received a box of Pop-tarts Frosted Blueberry Bites. Each box contains 5 single serving pouches. Each pouch contains 150 calories, 3g fat, 29g carbs, 1g protein, and 16g (4 teaspoons) sugar. I am not a fan of the sugar content nor that this product is made with bioengineered ingredients. I am also not a fan of the following ingredients: high fructose corn syrup, palm oil, modified corn starch, sodium aluminum phosphate, “natural flavor”, gelatin, DATEM, carrageenan, Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40. This product is not vegetarian/vegan friendly. Overall, I do not recommend this product.

Travel Snacks

The whole family absolutely loved these. They are so cute and little but packed with a big taste. I think it’s the perfect amount of frosting with the fruit not like the regular size ones where the edge is open not equal frosting to fruit filling. Such a perfect snack for on the go. Toss em in a bookbag as snacks for the kids as well as in my pocketbook for my treat. We tried these warmed up in the oven on a cookie pan with a very low temp. Yummy they were amazing like this. A delicious snack that can be used multiple ways and by the whole family. I can't wait to get more flavors and try them.
