I bought this and it is nothing but problems it gets jammed literally every time you use it. Do not buy it I destroyed mine rather than get a refund as it frustrated me that much.
I am shocked at how bad this product is. It actually makes your life harder! It makes rolling in a hose actually back breaking work! This product needs to be canned I hope anyone planning to buy this seed this review first - Bunnings get this product off your floors it makes you look untrustworthy
Do not buy absolutely useless product, always gets stuck when winding in just a waste of money won’t be buying pope products ever again.
I am surprised this is being sold by Bunnings. Did the manufacturer test it when they made it? Hose gets tangled inside and impossible to untangle. Very difficult to assemble also. Threw it in the bin after two attempts to use it.
My partner bought this product a while ago when I was away, unfortunately we have lost the receipt, otherwise I would return it in a heartbeat.The handle is very difficult to use.The hose tends to get caught up in the internal workings when winding up or rolling out.The hose links easily, so it is sometimes necessary to completely unroll the hose for it to work.My advice: Don't buy this product.
I was very disappointed in the product as the hose was jumbled up and wouldn't pull outor rewind as per instructions.The handle was very difficult to instal requiring two people to hold and force it into place.I returned it and obtained another one as I was keen on the product but the second onehad the same problems so I have returned it and will avoid pope products in the future
worst hose reel I've ever used, dodgy handle, hose gets tangled inside reel, hard to wind up, flimsy design, hose kinks and restricts flow easily. absolute waste of money
