It bewilders me that these garbage products can be manufactured, accepted by Bunnings and then sold to consumers without anyone actually testing them to see if they work. The water pressure causes it to fall over instantly. Lower the pressure enough to keep it upright and the sprinkler head doesn’t work. It is essentially useless. Sadly it’s typical of the severely declining quality of Bunnings products. Just don’t buy this unless you want to take it straight back.

Don't. Just don't.

Definitely keep your receipt! This worked for about a day, fell over every ten minutes, which ruined the balance and it never worked again.

Falls over regularly

This sprinkler falls over regularly due to the force of the water coming out. It throws the sprinkler off balance. Essentially it's useless and to be quite honest I'd prefer my money back.

It’s A Dud
31 December 2022

This item is top heavy , only has 3 legs which makes it unstable ( I already own an older style which has 4 legs and that makes it a lot more stable . The 3 x legs do not open wide enough then you have to force them into the ground so it’s stable !

Not worth buying
4 January 2018

I bought this about a month ago and it worked great...for a couple of weeks. Then the latch to control for the rotation broke. I returned, replaced and was all...for a couple of week. Then the spring on the sprinkler head has lost its spring :( I would say the stand was OK but I doubt the plastic legs joiner/height adjuster will last long either. Very disappointed with my purchase.

One major issue, so far
21 October 2020

Using this sprinkler at work, pretty much every day or every two days, with dam water, no blockages yet so there's that.I can get a good 10-15 metre radius spray, or 8-10 with another sprinkler running in series. My issue is with the spikes, which are weaker than spit. Also are hard to bash into the ground with a hammer in harder ground, as there is no head to hammer down.As a work around, I'm using some large screws as pegs much better.

Simple, will last, will fall over.
22 September 2022

I owned 3x of these for watering a hobby farm. In 15 years the design has not changed. The spikes are terrible and the legs not heavy enough. The sprinkler will fall over every time. The only way I could prevent them falling was to lean bricks or rocks against all legs. If you're happy to find your own way to prevent them falling, then these sprinklers are otherwise pretty good.

Value for money
1 December 2019

Bought 4 of these units about 4 years ago to cover approx 900m2. Had a quote for $5-6,000 to install an underground irrigation system. The $200 spent here was just as effective and have only just replaced a sprinkler head on one of them now with an old plastic one that gets staked in the ground. Recommend staking the feet in the ground with bent over rebar lengths as the unit will move around if you have good water pressure.

Very short lived.
30 October 2019

I've had one of these for a few months now. It amazes me that a sprinkler could be made out of a material that would rust so unbelievably fast. The main vertical pipe is made out of a form of iron that presumably has been embedded with some special ingredient to make it rust faster than normal - meaning every time you disconnect the hose you get covered in a red/brown sludge. The bottom connector on mine has split in about 3 different places, so that now most of the water actually comes out of the bottom of the sprinkler - and the top (the sprinkler head) has broken in half so that the mechanism that changes it's direction is no longer attached (presumably a sparrow landed on it and broke the "pewter" it is made out of.Do not waste your money...
