I’m onto my fourth order of 12x 50g bundles. Let me just say these things are awesome. The comments here about too hard… pffft please. They are hard but that is the point! Any softer and the flavor and experience would be lost. It’s pork skin not some hydrated powder that melts in your mouth!I got them for my self as snacks and found my wife stealing them for herself! And she is picky.I have switched to a carnivore type diet and the added fat and level of salt in these make them a great snack for the afternoon. Some days I don’t even bother with dinner because I’ve hit my protein requirements and the fat keeps me satisfied…. They’re that good. Thanks Pascals for doing it right!

I've always felt tradition packeted "pork crackling" beared as much similarity to the real thing as chicken chips to a BBQ chook.I was.someone sceptical upon reading the reviews of this product but was amazed to find that they do in fact produce a product that is literally just crackling!Imagine this: it's boxing day, you open the fridge to see the plethora of leftovers from Xmas day yesterday. You snap off a cheeky bit of crackling and pop it in your mouth. This is what Pascal's are delivering to you in a packet. The only thing I can think of to make this product better is not with the product itself but with the packaging. A resealable ziplock seam on the 100g packet would be absolutely gold!

These are the best pork scratchings this side of the UK!!I've been on the carnivore diet for a couple of years now due to gut issues. As much as I love eating meat and my health thanks me for it, I do miss the crunch of a good packet of crisps or nice crusty roll.I've tried many versions of pork crackling, the ones from the supermarket here in Australia aren't a patch on the ones you find in the English pubs... I've even tried making my own. Pascal's are the best.. crunchy, fatty and no nasties - they are a great treat. I love the way they are made to order too.Oh and I just read that someone warmed them up... smashing idea.. I'm going to try that with my next packet!

So I randomly came across a packet of pascals pork scratchings somewhere along my travels and was hooked from the first bite. A salty hit exploding in my mouth, like I was eating a pork belly crackle almost fresh itself… I took a packet to work, shared it with a few mates- they were obsessed, they loved it. They were raving about how interesting the fatty goodness of the flavour was. I bought a whole box and kept a few and gave a few to my mates at work as well. We are all hooked.
First bite into your first scratching piece is totally ‘surprising’ to say the least…One has certainly gotten used to the ‘usual’ plain, dry supermarket-style pork cracklings, over the years… the one that requires extra BBQ flavouring powder ‘nonesense’ to even taste of anything (apart from also making you cough every now and then…)So first reaction to your first bite is most likely going to be “Wow; this is super-fatty, not too sure I like it… Probably shouldn’t have ordered 6 packets!”… but then… you have another one and then another one… and yes, you probably feel a little ‘sick’, half-way through the first packet…But the next day, or the day after that, you go back to that packet and you finish it.And the next day, or the day after, you just find an ... The salted Pork scratchings were great. The only real tasty one's I could find in Australia, but have that "slightly pork fat after taste". This is certainly not a bad thing ... but. When in Scotland, I had some "Salt and Vinegar" pork scratchings. Absolutely fabulous. The very light Vinegar gives them a new flavour with a "lesser" pork fat after taste. Perhaps this may be an opportunity for Pascal's to introduce a new taste line. Just a thought anyway ...
By far the best pork scratchings/crackling I've ever had in Australia, and I think I've tried them all.First of all the ingredients: I'm a nutritionist and I would never buy anything cooked in vegetable oil, but these guys use the old and still best way, just pork and pork fat. Great. The texture and flavour are another plus, these scratchings are similar to the one made by families in Spain or Latin America, a perfect balance of crunchy skin and luscious fat, and the right amount of salt, too!I bought a box for me and another for my daughter, who was enthusiastic about the product as well, I will buy again.
I recently discovered Pascal's Pork Scratchings, and they are the perfect little snack for my low-carb lifestyle! They are incredibly crispy and satisfying. I love that they use 100% Australian pork, fried in lard with just a touch of salt – nothing artificial! The convenient little packs fit wonderfully in my bag for when hunger strikes. Plus, the ordering process was a breeze, and my delivery was quick! I highly recommend these delicious scratchings for anyone looking for a tasty, low carb treat!
Since being in England over 30 years ago, I’ve craved a Vimpto & coke and pork scratchings. Never could I find any scratchings here that could ever compare to the ones from my memories until we stopped a little country milkbar on a road trip. I bought 1 packet and drove away. After an hours drive I opened the packet and tasted my first pascal pork scratching, not expecting much at all, but that first bite bought back a flood of happy memories and I was in heaven! The next day, I made sure we drove back the same way and I bought every bag the shop had! I couldn’t be more excited to finally find a scratching that was as awesome as in those childhood memories! I kept the last packet and googled the name and found your site, I’m so excited to add these to Xmas hampers ... May have to place another order soon 🫣😂❤️
Patiently waited for my order which as others have stated here, took longer than turn around time mentioned on website.I was very hopeful that I would have found my new 'go to snack' for my carni diet, as I love the light crunch of supermarketpork rinds but not the highly inflammatory seed oils, which they all use.Love a bit of a crackle crunch and hoped these would be it, however they are super fatty and very hard, miss the mark of 'light and crunchy'completely.I miht buy again much later, in the meantime will seek out a replacement product without the seeds oils.If the team at Pork Scratchings take on board what other buyers are telling them about their product and the quality changes from super hard tochew and super fatty, which leave a fat coated feeling ...
