Timber was straight and clear - probably better than if Iād selected it myself.

Paid a premium for 5 lengths. waited 2 months - special order. One came with edge damage, one had sap tear ingress, ends needed trimming (corners squashed), other edges chipped. Poor workmanship. Offered a discount. I asked for replacements (re-order). Guess what, another 3 months wait. What a joke
