Great product it has new style zip you just need to learn to use it. The heat reflect stripe works great you can actually feel warmer. I am not sure about that stain protection layer, I can say it's good quality jacket. I would recommend to anyone.

I was doing a course in bad weather , high winds and rain and it coped excellently. If there is one thing that could make it even better and 100 % , it would be a front 2 - way zip.

Out of all the money I have wasted on work jackets this is by far the best, half the price of a snickers jacket and twice as strong, very well made and very warm great jacket and very good reflective value, and have managed to get the lads on site to all buy them now aswell.

I tend to buy Portwest as my experience of their products is they are made to a good standard and generally last well. The fit on the longer jackets are fairly roomy, so plenty of movement to work in but not very flattering to the figure (lol). Good at keeping the warmth in during winter and usually waterproof but that can change after a few washes.
My first order from this company and the jacket is fantastic. I ordered two items on the same day, a hi-vis vest for the summer and this jacket for the winter. Great product and a great service.
This was a one off sale I believe as the coat was pre-printed with "Cordell" on the back, This logo was unimportant to me so picked up a brand new great quality coat for song. Its a bit on the big for my size but it was XL or nothing. Waterproof and loads of pockets.
The jacket is great. Not too light or too heavy. Comfortable to wear.The description says runs small and order a size up. I did that and thought Iād was too big. Iād go with your actual size.

Fantastic quality coat, fleece and collar easy to remove and reinstate, detachable arms remove easy and go back on easy due to good quality zips, comfortable to wear not too bulky so easy to drivie in And nice and warm for those cold mornings, at just over 40 pounds excellent value for money would highly recommend
Totally waterproof, toasty warm and I can be seen when walking at any time of day or night
