It is a new mattress being thicker and higher than what we have been used to, but we are getting used to it. With the P/Pedic Energize Adjustable Base, we are getting used to positioning the neck support so that we do not have a sore neck. Also, the bed is much higher than we have ever had before.

Like snuggling into a brick

I absolutely hate it and am so incredibly disappointed. Exploring memory foam mattress toppers for a brand new 8k mattress breaks my heart as much as it breaks the bank. I bought the firm, so expected firmness but it's absolutely nothing like the display mattress and truly an uncomfortable sleep every night and sore neck and shoulders every day.

Way too hard

Meant to be plush, but still hard. Have ended up putting on the spare bed. Because we couldn’t take it back. Told to jump on it to soften it. Sold another topper worth $400.
