A nice basic package to create my small Garage Gym...which works well for the family during covid lock-down.Fits into a reasonably small space.Probably not suitable for a "grunt" wanting to lift massive weights.I bought another flat bench and basic/lightweight Barbell & Dumbell set (...from another retailer) to compliment/give us more options. (i.e. the Olympic Bar in this package is really too heavy for the kids - 10 and 12 y/old)

Purchased this while in lockdown due to gyms being closed and not being able to stay consistent. This home gym package has everything you need to complete full body programs. Great quality and cables work smoothly. Set up is super easy and all parts received were perfect.

Definitely good for beginners. I’d most definitely recommend for a home gym in a garage
Includes everything you would need to work out like at a proper gym. Should fit most medium sized balconies/spareroom/garages. Just need to keep in mind the length of barbell needs to fit as well. Took most of a day for two inexperienced people to put together.Good service also.
