For some strange reason the front of this Vacuum Powerhead is open, thus making suction very weak.We ditched this one and bought a better one elsewhere

Not as good as the original in lifting fluff from carpets but good on other hard surface
Not bad but I would say I do notice a slight difference in quality with the other usual powerhead. But its not too bad. It does the job however it works best with a good fix up vacuuming but not hard heavy duty (if that makes sense).
This replacement powerhead works smother and with greater pick-up than the original at more than twice the price. And the lights are a real bonus when used in dark areas . A great bit of kit.David

Recently bought the product, I may have to adjust something but the suction force is better on the original head.
I ordered the powerhead from battery mate to replace the damaged powerhead on my Dyson V7. It was delivered in days well packaged and undamaged. The powerhead fitted and has been working perfectly.
