Powertrain Elliptical Cross Trainer Bike

It make a lot of clicking noise every time it is on use. The noise is coming from inside the wheel. It sound like something is getting caught every time the wheel turns. Aside from the noise, the elliptical works fine.

Purchased this crosstrainer back in December 2020 and waited a few weeks for the missing part before I could use it. Once the part did arrived, went to use this crosstrainer to realised it's not suited me. After carefully following the instruction booklet it made no difference adjusting the height, etc for me to use. After putting it all back in the box, I contacted Harvey Norman immediately to return the item. To date am still waiting to hear from them even after a few email exchanges. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this if you want a fitness equipment to use often.

Buying this item from MYER was not a pleasant experience, as online shopping should be. They employed a courier that showed no regard for the customer experience. First they had an ETA for the delivery, for which I stayed home to receive it and then removed it on the day and did not provide an ETA for a further 8 days. Then after stating I would go to consumer affairs they delivered the parcel to my door without notice. Luckily I was home. I then assembled the trainer, and there is a piece missing; the knob that secures the handle to unit. I will speak to MYER about getting this piece sent to me.
