I bought this bicycle just over a month ago. It was purchased for our Autistic Grandson to use in lieu of his visits to the Gym that had been closed because of the COVID-19 Virus. It was delivered within the week and arrived well packed and undamaged. It came with assembly instructions that were easy to follow and made assembly simple. Our grandson has been using it without complaint.

After one month the pedal fell off and cannot be re-tightened. Further the seat height is very limited only suitable for someone with very short legs and the control panel is very problematic and inconsistent. Quite frankly - a piece of rubbish!

This bike is great - a bit more information on the computer and a preset difficulty curve would be nice, but of course it's what you get at this price point.It's a little difficult to get the right tension for you, but once you're there, you're golden.Construction was easy, however make sure you have strong hands some gloves on hand as the plastic knobs were stuck for me and wouldn't move, causing some digging into my hands trying to move it.

Locked in our home and missing spin classes. This was a great purchase. It’s sturdy and I feel safe riding standing on the pedals. Also an important issue was noise - no noise which is great as I live in a town house. Good value.
Do NOT trust Harvey Norman on line shopping if you need any after sales service.I have waited weeks to sort out my bike that arrived falty. The bike seat insert has melted plastic inside and you can not insert the bike seat after weeks of poor communication on their part they sent out replacement parts. They sent me a plastic piece to replace the melted plastic piece inside the bike seat insert. It is not possible to remove the melted plastic piece and replace it with the new one they sent me. The insert frame is also warped so the frame should have been replaced. They have photos of this and specific notes. The pictures make this look like a sturdy bike. However, its lightweight nature makes for an unstable feel when riding. The seat and handle stems don't go in easily nor do they adjust easily. The tension feels choppy and the overall experience is dissapointing. This feels like a $200.00 bike and is priced too high for what you get.
I have just purchased this bike. It has been put together correctly with all bolts tightened as per instructions. I suppose you get what you pay for. It is tinny, the seat has no comfort and is very uncomfortable. The battery operated screen flashes constantly. The bike frame, seat shaft will not move up and down correctly and same with the handle grip making it hard to position correctly. I’m sure Harvey Norman got these cheap from China. This bike is not worth it, too many faults, do not buy it. Save your money and go walking instead or join the gym it would be less hassle. Highly disappointed with this product!!!!
An easy way to workout at home. Bike does get a bit squeaky when you increase the resistance. Had to tighten one of the preinstalled peddles, but functions well.
This bike is not meant for anyone over 170cm tall.It is very overpriced as I have seen the exact same model, just different branding, for much cheaper elsewhere.The plastic is weak and flimsy, the frame is pretty decent, the belt makes an irritating scratching noise, the digital display is a joke, resistance setting goes from 0-100 in a strange increments and I’ve seen cheaper bikes which include more features.Regrettable purchase delivered speedily.
the bike seat extender is too small for my son - the seat was damaged when we unpacked it from the box. What is more disappointing are the many many attempts made to contact bunnings and the manufacturer - with no response - that was totally unexpected from a company with a tradition of customer service and quality systems. poor effort.
