Once we figured out the instructions it came with, everything fell into place and the draw was literally running in no time. Very pleased with how functional it is. I’m using it for drink glasses and very happy I don’t need to bend down to back of the cupboard to reach for the cups that are at the back . It saved a lot of breakages of cups, as all the content is easily seen and accessible when rolled out and it goes back in smoothly.

I didn't think I would find this size anywhere...so happy it fits a narrow bench perfectly! It is very sturdy...heavy duty! I might be getting another one! I ordered it from Bunnings online...wasn't available at my local store and it arrived the next day!

Installed today, instructions are not helpful at all!!! The trick is the little black latch that shifts across to disassemble the slide and release the underlying bracket. Also, I suggest building the whole thing, independent of cupboard, and then fit it, make your markings, disassemble and put in the first slide bracket. reassembly is then really easy.

Really happy with the draws. Installed 7 throughout the kitchen. Instructions are very hard to read due to small font and diagrams. Thankfully there was a picture on the box that helped.

I bought this having first seeing at a friends house.Yes, the instructions are very basic and perhaps assume you know something about installation of this item. So perhaps Bunnings could look at that.Once is figured things out, went like a dream.Much easier to create the item and attach the basket to the slides before attaching the slides to the base of the cabinet.
The instructions were close to useless. They are printed on a single A4 page and shrunk down to a size that is pretty much impossible to see. The instructions omit a number of things you need to do - eg screwing the brackets to the drawer slides. If you do buy this item have a look at the box, which gives you a nice clear picture of what it is supposed to look like when installed. The basket itself seems to be quite solid and well made. Time will tell how good the Chrome plating is.The brackets that attach to the cabinet each have two threaded holes to attach to the drawer slides. On one bracket, one of these holes was too big and the screw was completely loose, so only one screw could be used to attach this bracket. The brackets have slotted holes to help with ... The brackets have slotted holes to help with alignment of the bracket, but only allowed alignment in the direction of the draw slide motion, which is not really critical. It would have been much more useful if the slot was perpendicular to the drawer slide to allow accurate alignment.The drawer slides are oriented so they are lying horizontal, which results in the basket capacity being limited to 10 kg, which is not much for a basket this size. It also means that the basket is not very rigid in the vertical direction when fully extended.Overall this items works, but poor instructions, questionable quality control and product design mean it doesn't offer good value for the price that is close to $100. For not a lot more you could buy a Tansel system.
The instruction page was next to hopeless like another reviewer said it did not tell how to seperate the rails or installed basket to the rails.The basket that i received seemed to be out of alignment and i had to bend it to get the brackets to align correctly.once in it is actually nice and solid and does work well
