It is probably the bare minimum for a case I was looking for something that would hold my pencil. This doesn’t do that however, the iPad fits very nicely in the case snaps right. I bought separately a screen protector for it also labeled 2022. whether it has anything to do with the issue that it is about 1/64 of an inch larger than the then the glass this did not come with the case this was this separate order, but it also had the hole in it for the home button so it really wasn’t designed for the 10th generation, but it sort of fit it did fit with this case snapped right in and there wasn’t a problem I did purchase a separate case with a holder for the pencil, and it also came with a wireless keyboard, which was very nice. It’s just minimal the other case works fine but the screen proctors are definitely designed for an earliter product. I had to by these cases because the button change on 10 th generation wouldn’t work with my old case
