Proctosedyl Ointment, 15 G

The Proctosedyl Ointment, produced by the brand Proctosedyl, is designed for symptomatic relief of external haemorrhoids, as used in traditional Western herbal medicine. This ointment is traditionally used to alleviate itching and discomfort associated with haemorrhoids, as well as minor skin inflammation. For optimal results, apply the ointment after a bowel motion, ensuring the anal area is clean. For external haemorrhoids, gently apply a small amount to the affected area using a finger. For internal haemorrhoids, attach the nozzle to the tube and carefully insert it into the anus while squeezing the tube. Repeat application up to three times daily. Always read the label carefully and follow instructions. Do not use for longer than seven days without consulting a doctor. This product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Each gram contains 5mg of hydrocortisone and 5mg of cinchocaine hydrochloride.
