This time around it made my black cats fur burn, it's gone silver and the hair is short he was going crazy trying to scratch it so I brushed him for ages. Yet it didn't affect his brother like that, so unfortunately I will have to try another product I liked this one as it was not monthly and did tapeworm which many don't.

Yet it didn't affect his brother like that, so unfortunately I will have to try another product I liked this one as it was not monthly and did tapeworm which many don't.
Worming is always difficult with oral wormers. The spot wormer is a great advance and will ensure I can keep my cats worm-free with a 3 month application. It is even effective against lungworm as well as roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms. This product was recommended to my by my veterinary surgeon.
I use Advocate every month to treat fleas and worms but it does not cover tapeworms so I use Profender on my two cats every 3 months for extra worming and tapeworm prevention. Great product and easy to apply.
Great to have an alternative to pastes/pills to worm our cat. Did leave the coat, which came into contact with the product, a little sticky for a day or so, but cleaned up well after that. Also, we noticed a slight smell to the product but this was only for about 24 hours. Lovely not to be totally scratched and bitten from head to toe, and lovely for our cat not to suffer the indignation of us trying to restrain her to give her a pill. I can't comment on it's effectiveness yet, as we only applied the product about a week ago.
Easy to use and t didn't harm the cat, gave him a good clean out for a couple of days. Always found the product to work very well. Highly Recommend it but check with the vet first. My vet told me it was the best on the market.
Incorrectly advertised as being for LARGE cats, when it is actually the medium cat sized dose. Misleading. No reply to messages.
Cat shown significant hair loss at area of application. Fortunately no other adverse reaction. Will not be reordering this product.
Cat seems to be healthy. She's indoor cat so this is just prevention. It was easy to apply but it left white stain on cat's furr for apx 3 days - that's why one start less.
