The bike was straight forward to assemble but it took a little time. The instructions were very good and detailed. It's easy to set the seat to the correct position for each user. The only area of concern is the instructions for using the console. Some buttons are not even mentioned so we are still figuring out what they do. It needs a better manual.

This is the second Profrom exercise equipment we have purchased. Both work exactly as we hoped. The 325CSCS PF21 bike is comfortable to use and provides a good series of settings for exercise at most levels. Construction is a bit complicated but the instructions are more than adequate to get it done. Expect to take about 1 hour putting it together.
I have only had it 3 weeks, but overall I am very pleased with it.Some might find the assembly a little challenging though because the supplied Allen keys have been painted to the ends making insertion difficult. I suggest sanding the paint from the ends prior to assembly.Also the positioning of some of the screws make it a bit more difficult to access them.On the plus side, the seat is very comfortable and the wheel runs quietly and smoothly and the frame is sturdy, however, when wearing track shoes the pedal straps are too short even when extended to the maximum.The display is rather limited, but for the price, that's to be expected.I have used it almost daily and find it great. Received in a timely manner. Easy to put together - took a couple of hours. Then 4-5 uses and it started smelling like burnt electricals. Will be returning to the store after speaking to someone and will get refund.

Love it! It’s a great option for older folk with less stress on your hips and knees as you cycle. Feels comfortable but don’t be fooled, you still get a good sweaty workout, especially if you follow a recumbent bike workout on YouTube or use the iFIT app with its many options of bike workouts available.
