I researched and researched getting a big screen treadmill with iFit, the trainers who tell you "we're going to go faster now!" and decided to go with Rebel because they have always been excellent to buy anything from. I am so happy with this treadmill, the big screen is great, the speakers wonderful and it's so engaging to watch the trainers and where they can take you. Everything about the iFit is adaptable to you whatever level you're at. The experience of buying online was really simple, the only negative is the delivery cost - $150. (Don't do click and collect, it's too heavy). I got a text the morning it was being delivered & we were both at work. I purchased this treadmill last week and it is amazing. It does all that it promises. The team at Rebel organised a professional installer as it is a heavy treadmill and is quite tricky to assemble. The Rebel team in Woden have been fantastic. The installers did not want to assemble on the Proform mat as they said it could tear. Matt and Ashley at Rebel rectified this very quickly. I also had some issues with my I-Fit account and Zac, Matt and Ashley sorted this out as well. I am very impressed with the treadmill and also with the customer service from Rebel Woden in Canberra.

Big treadmill buyer
12 December 2021

Now it is working, its a very good treadmill. It is very big and bulky. Certainly (as the excellent staff at Rebel politely explained) it will not fit in a large 4x4. I had to borrow a work van - I was going to have have delivery and install (even for a cost) but would take over 2 weeks.Initially the treadmill did not work. screen cam on but would not recognise the safety key was in. I reported and chased up customer support a few times and the send a guy out. He played around and got it working. But when actually running on the machine it kept cutting out. So they send a whole new console and the same guy came out pronto to replace. All this took about 2 weeks. Now working, I am very happy with it (except fan does not always work). The size is big, but great to run on because of long and wide deck. And + and - incline has good range. Max speed is high compared to most. Big (22inch) screen is great to watch while running. It is a heavy and sturdy unit. despite wheels, very hard to move (on carpet). Folding deck is easy to do and useful.I was not wanting or expecting much wit the iFit programs, but they are actually pretty good, and I have been doing a few programs. It is free for first year. I didn't expect I would renew, but probably will. Conceptually - I'm spending $3k on their treadmill, iFit should be free for life.iFit remembers your settings and adjust the standard speeds etc for the next episode, so as to match your fitness and push you. Doing own maps with google street view is pretty fun too.Family members can have their own accounts so can do own programs with within own abilities.

Love this treadmill
6 August 2022

Love this treadmill so far - reasonably easy to assemble, and has a lot of features! I have moved it once, which is a bit tricky and HEAVY, but just needs care and perseverance to do! The massive screen is fantastic for the iFit console, only feature that I find missing is ability to stream your own things to the screen. Bluetooth audio from your phone works perfectly and the console is connected to your wifi anyway, so would seem a small further step to enable general streaming surely, especially as it is a premium priced treadmill. Otherwise am really loving it!!

My Proform treadmill had been delivered and assembled through the store of purchase, and photos taken showing the assembled machine, once connected to a power supply...If the treadmill actually operated after they left, that would've been great!I personally had to contact Proform for service to get the machine up and running, and Greg the Proform tech also fixed the right arm, as it hadn't been assembled correctly. Proform have had to supply a new screen and order another emergency stop key as both these parts completely failed to function at initial start-up. Proform 9000 treadmill
9 July 2022

This machine takes a bit to put together. One screw head threaded and one just broke off. Not sure why but the treadmill clips one side when you raise it up to store it away. The iFIT app with massive screen makes running so enjoyable and I now look forward to my runs. The iFIT trainers are just so motivating. Shame you don’t get more than one month free with such an expensive treadmill but I can’t image running the boring Manuel mode so definitely keeping the iFIT subscription. Works great with a heart monitor to keep you in the right training mode. The huge screen a wobbles a tiny bit when running and can be slow to react to touch screen and plus/minus speed button but otherwise seems to be performing well.

Taking Treadmill Workouts to a new level
11 May 2022

I have owned a few treadmills over the years and this one is the best so far. It takes a little time to set up - and requires 2 people to be safe. Its solid (although the Nordic Track model around the same price did seem to be a little more sturdy). The running belt required a little adjusting after the first run but apaet from that no set up issues so far.I was reluctant to subscribe to the iFit - and currently on the 30 day free version - but all i can say is wow. The ifit program along with the screen makes for an amazing workout. The treadmill changes profile automatically to the terrain on the ifit program (and on your screen) - inclines, intervals , you name it - it takes training to a new level. The screen can be a little unresponsive at times but you get used to it. I was hesitant to spend almost $3000 to get this machine - its worth every cent.

Walking around the world with iFit and Proform Pro
24 August 2022

If you want to buy a treadmill then the only one to consider is the Proform Pro 9000 PF21 Treadmill. Yesterday I was walking along the coast of Spain and today I was jogging in Egypt. The iFit software takes this from a boring walk in my garage to a way to explore the world while getting fit. The treadmill can be folded away if you live in a small townhouse like I do and it can easily keep up with my pace. I highly recommend the Proform Pro 9000 PF21.

Waste of money - Does not work
6 May 2023

Glitchy software. Biggest waste of money ever. You need a $49 a month subscription to use it. The belt is noisy when you walk on it. The WiFi connection is slow on the machine. The software keeps producing error messages asking me to get a subscription, even after I signed up for a subscription. I tried to register on the device itself but it kept crashing. Getting log-in messages all the time is annoying. This product is not as it is described and is not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP MACHINE FROM REBEL.
