I bought NMN and trans resveratrol for myself and my 73 YO mother. We have been taking one gram of each for 3 weeks now. So far changes on myself are subtle but positive. My mother, in the other hand, has experienced extraodinary benefits on her energy levels and over all health. Before buying I researched the labs selling it and found this one to be the best quality and price available. Of course you can find cheeper options but none from a reliable source. NMN seams to be one of the most counterfeited supplements. ProHealth, in the other hand, is recommended by many scientist on the field and had excellent results in third party blind testings. My only feedback would be that the mailing system has room for improvement. It toke about a month to arrive to Mexico City.

More than likely if your like me, older and still very active you take supplements and things to try to keep your body youthful and strong. I have to say this is one supplement that really does work, plain and simple.I'm 65, in good shape. I mountain bike 3 times a week, use and elliptical most mornings and also do some weight training and hike with my girl and pup often. I have noticed a significant difference in my strength, my endurance and mostly my explosive energy while riding (hill climbing ect) I have been using this a little over 2 months and feel younger, stronger and healthier... Its nice when you take a supplement that actually makes a real difference.

Unbeatable price! High quality and it actually works very well! Noticed a significant difference in physical energy capacity after about two weeks. Started taking NMN several years ago after reviewing the research by David Sinclair MD (Harvard University) and it's potential affects on aging and longevity. This is the first time I purchased from iHerb because of the amazing price for 100 gm. Typically 30 grams runs anywhere from $82 (ProHealth brand to $120 (for the Doublewood brand). Very fine white powder, bitter-sour pleasant taste. 1g dosage is a little much for one go under the tongue but I managed it, it melts very fast. Effective in minutes. Well, after having two total knee replacement 3 months apart a year ago, I went skiing in Banff, Canada for a week!
