Started taking these after reading an article about the benefits of red clover coupled with high doses of turmeric to reduce sweating and flushing in menopause. They work a treat. I taketgem at night, no side effects and they have reduced the sweating. I highly recommend these

I've just turned 45, I have three young children (ages 6, 6 and 5) and I can honestly say they helped with my erratic mood swings and ongoing lack of patience. I did notice when I missed taking them for 3 days that they strung out the final days of my period that month, which in a way helped me know that they were 'affecting' my hormones which made me feel better for taking them (given the expense!). It’s totally natural and eases hot flushes and other symptoms of the menopause. I have been taking them for four years now as I cannot take HRT.
I find them very helpful, safe, and supportive, without any side effects.They do not interact with any other medications I have to take for other conditions.I would recommend them as much better and safer than anything your Dr or the NHS offers.

After suffering from hot flushes for about 3 years and trying lots of natural remedies with no luck, I wasnt really expecting much when a friend recommended double strength promensil. She said she didnt notice much in the first month but to continue it to a second month and then it kicks in. I did as she recommended and am now virtually flush free, even through the particular high temperatures we had recently. Would highly recommend but definitively continue past the first month!!
I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Since I started taking it all my symptoms of menopause have gone - night sweats, hot flushes, the lot. A fantastic natural alternative to HRT without the side effects.
