Was recommended propolis tincture to help stop growth of bacterial hpylori and it has been immensely helpful. Rate it’s effectiveness highly. Strong taste that numbs the areas it comes in contact with in your mouth but those sensations pass quickly. Found it stained my teeth, so was more strategic when taking it after initial staining.
