Features such as integrated tie down points and inlayed rubber 'load strips' have been introduced to the HD to remove some of the hassle from transporting a load. The HD is also designed to work with Smart Foot Technology allowing easy adjustment between vehicles, as well as lockable covers on the supports. The biggest feature however is the owl wing bar shape that gives the HD its legendary 70% drag reduction over standard roof racks.
