Very comfortable and a must have for any Prymal kayak. Just make sure you use the supplied fasteners that are on the seat to secure it to your kayak as they will sink if flipped.
Had a nightmare with the first one that was bought. Manufacturing fault but the guys and gals at BCF Caloundra were great and got another within a week. Fits great
Way better then the standard seat loses a little bit of balance but if u can’t balance on a kayak then maybe you shouldn’t be on one lol.and super comfortable tho and it does fit the nextgen 10 kayak
Great seat. Added this for my son to sit on the front of our tandem Kayak. Great to sit slightly more elevated .. especially for fishing & casting lures. Keep in mind that slightly higher elevation also raises your balance in the kayak & makes you less stable in rougher water. We found this out the hard way :(
It doesn’t just automatically fit all prymal kayaks, only certain models. There is another one on the site, it doesn’t have the word “deluxe” in it. I got sucked in by that word and learnt the hard way that it wouldn’t fit my “titan” kayak. The other one lists the models that it fits, this one didn’t.
I like the seat as it is more comfortable and stable than the unframed seatPrice was more than fair i think but i was a bit disappointed that the frame had scratches and 2 holes in it that i don't think are original
Depending on your yak, you may need to adjust and make a few small modifications. My yak wasn't built to take a seat like this but with a few tie down straps and some anchor points strategically bolted into place the seat fits like a glove. Be sure to measure the deck width on your yak first.
