It’s a skipping rope. Great product, much better than the $8 one I had before. Well worth the extra coin. If I bought again I’d get the version with the removable weights in the handles. The only downside to skipping is I have hurt my kneel but that’s not the skipping ropes fault.

I've brought cheap skipping ropes before. I've used bad quality ropes at gyms. Now, after purchasing a PTP Elite Jump Rope, I know that skipping can be a fluid exercise where the rope works effectively, I can adjust the length to my height, and get a good sweat on without tripping myself up every two skips. Invest if you actually want to use the skipping rope effectively.

Super comfortable handles that don't loose grip even when you work up a good sweat. Easy to store and has no annoying kinks yet. So far it's standing up well even used outside the cord is looking good with no sign of wearing. Overall brilliant value for money if you are looking for a warm-up / cool-down tool or a serious workout. I take this with me all the time even on holidays so I can get my heart rate and lungs working. Looks like a quality piece of kit so you won't be embarrassed.

The rope is very easy to be broken from the hand bar . Within 2 weeks , my rope was broken 2times . Sure now it became shorter and shorter aftet I locked the rope into the hand bar. I don't know how they sell this unqualified rope . Very bad !
This brand was highly recommended to me by a retail assistant in store, over the less expensive one. Overall, it is a good 'beginner' rope, but I find it easily tangles. Perhaps that's only because my skipping competence level is low. Other than this, enjoying the 15-25min sessions it gifts me every 2nd day. :)
Love this skipping rope. The staff member was great in helping me choose it & I couldn’t be happier. Great grips & the cable itself is nice & soft so it doesn’t twist up when I roll it up. Would highly recommend.
Unfortunately this skipping rope has not been great. I have adjusted the length and whenever I use it the rope gets twisted and I cannot use it. I wish I could return it and choose something else.
As a beginner I have found this skipping rope to be a very comfortable weight. I was also pleased with how easy it was to adjust the length of the rope, as I am quite short (157cm tall). I'm looking forward to continuing to use the jump rope and observing an improvement in my cardio fitness and overall muscle tone!
I had this rope for 1.5 year or so. The rope worked well during this time. Great rope for a beginner to start off with, feels great and all. But one side of the plastic bits that fastens the rope to its handle broke on both handles. And then finally, the rope broke at a handle fastening point. I don't think I will buy this again. The handle fastening bit is not durable and causes problems within two years.
Don’t buy this awful product, it snapped on the first day. It’s a cheap plastic inside . I bought for one reason they advertised as all Australian athletes and sports club use this product. Which isn’t true . Save your $40 bucks don’t buy this useless product .
