PTP Fascia Release Roller Small

$39.00

(23 reviews)

Intensity level 6 For a light to moderate soft-tissue massage, gentle enough for people new to recovery therapy or with a relatively low pain tolerance threshold. Ideal for unwinding the muscles of the middle and upper back. Stretch strap included The stretching strap is equipped with a buckle to hold the foot and hand. It allows progressive stretching while maintaining control. Use it to complement your foam roller routine and help your muscles regain their full length after a workout. Moderate soft-tissue massage Offering moderate pressure, the PTP Fascia Roller is gentle enough to be used on the mid and upper back and is an ideal massage roller for those not used to foam rolling. The wide range of exercises included has been carefully developed by movement experts to enable you to get the most out of your therapy sessions and target the most common problem areas. Self-myofascial release By using your body weight to hold pressure and roll, the Fascia Roller enables you to perform myofascial self-release (SMR), helping muscles and joints regain their natural range of motion, activating blood and oxygen circulation, and eliminating scar tissue and adhesions between skin, muscle, and bone (fascia restrictions). Active recovery and performance After intense training, microscopic tears and scar tissue can develop in soft tissue, causing tension and soreness. Prolonged sitting can also lead to poor posture, muscular imbalances, and a shortening of adaptive capacity. Fascial lengthening through rolling can accelerate recovery, improve musculoskeletal alignment, and optimize performance in sport or daily activities.

I like a foam roller that's not too hard but firm enough, which this was. Came with stretching band and stretching/roller diagram poster which was helpful

Rollers are all very similar, but since I've had no issues so far with this brand, I'll stick with it. Also, their instruction guides they include can assist you if needed.

Perfect product.

I bought this for my 15 year old son who trains for basketball 3 x week and plays 2 games/week. It is perfect for easing up tight muscles and fits in his duffle bag perfectly! Good quality product!

This is really good for beginners to foam rolling, soft enough for novice and hard enough to hit those sore spot. Pros: light and compact enough to bring anywhere, Cons: can be a tiny bit longer

Reliable
21 August 2020

Just needed a simple roller for a variety of positions and it does the job really well. Very reliable and sturdy. Don't need the rollers with the spiky bits, so this one is perfect.

Wish I had used this roller years ago,
23 August 2021

I was in a rush to get this ASAP as I’d been suffering from knots in my hamstrings I just couldn’t stretch out and it was causing aches at night. It’s so easy to do a 1-3 minute ‘rollout’ when I feel a bit tight esp before work. I guess I’m also lazy on stretching so this makes it easier. I decided not to go with the cheapest brand, so far so good. I would buy the same again but maybe a large one next time. Rebel doesn’t offer the largest size, only small and medium.

size is small
13 April 2022

size is appearing so small in the picture.. it would be nice to mention the size so it would be easy to order online. one size doesn't mean anything to the online buyers. sports direct should put the size in all online items to make it easier for people to buy with confidence.
