The chair is great! It looks really nice and it’s comfortable. The massage it’s not so effective to me, my partner said it works great on him. For me it only vibrates, we came to the conclusion that its because he is heavier than me. But the vibration still quite relaxing. So I’m happy with the purchase. I really like the chairs and they look great in the apartment.

Comfortable large chair, good for larger people. Quality seems good so far after a few months use. The "massage" is more of a vibration, quite pleasant and relaxing but hardly a "massage", and the heating is minimal. But it's still a good chair. I have had two issues with it, one was that the chair sat leaning slightly to the left. (I have noticed this with various office chairs, and there is an easy fix - simply remove the two left screws that hold the seat to the base and pack about 6-8mm of washers in there, and replace the screws. Voila!) The second issue is still current and I'm hoping that someone will provide a solution to it. The GAS STRUT under the chair does not do anything - I can't even figure out what it is supposed to do? I have observed it closely ... MoreComfortable large chair, good for larger people. I have observed it closely with someone else sitting and reclining in the chair but it does nothing. The button on the side of the chair, with the cable attached to the gas strut, also does nothing. I have searched high and low for instructions or advice about this and can find nothing. Can anyone offer any advice on this? It would be hugely appreciated! --

Comfortable, even after long periods sitting, but not as readily adjustable as many other chairs of similar price. While the back rest does recline, it requires unlocking with a hard-to-reach lever - not simply by leaning back in the seat. The same lever has to be unlocked before manually pulling the seat back upright again. It's that easy, especially since this lever flicks back with some force and can hurt if a finger's still in the way. There appears to be more than one version of this chair since the illustration fails to show this extra recline lever. Instead a knob is shown under the front of the seat, similar to a typical recline spring adjuster seen in other office chairs. My chair has a 'Tilt Tension loosen-tighten' knob screwed into the side of the metal ... MoreComfortable, even after long periods sitting, but not as readily adjustable as many other chairs of similar price. There's no tension mechanism elsewhere other than the awkward release lever and so no where else for this knob to go.This odd design variation was reflected in the assembly instructions which didn't quite match the mechanism that came in the box.Apart from the lack of easy recline adjustment, the chair is comfortable and the massage feature does work on 4 settings. Rather than a rolling massage, it's more like 4 variations on a spine tingling buzz - a gimmick, but some might find it relaxing. My chair has the On/Off button and Mode buttons labelled or wired back to front. However, I press them without looking anyway, but still a careless mistake in construction.Rather than plug it into a nearby USB socket with a cable dangling across the floor, a USB battery bank can power it and the battery and excess cable can be tucked into the Velcro flap at the bottom of the back of the chair - no more cable problems. It is comfortable and it is inexpensive, but I wish it had a proper spring recline mechanism (like the one in the illustration?) rather than the lever release and instructions that matched the hardware.

Hi Guy's, I Ordered This Office Massage Chair As I Purchased One Of Them Before, The First One Was Fantastic, BUT Very Disappointed With This One, It Came With Broken Leg, Everything Is In Very Poor Condition, The Bolt's Were Missing And Wrong Size, Allen Key Was Missing, None Of The Above Was In The Packet, This Chair Was Already Been Used. Other People Tried To Assemble It, The Box It Came In Looked Like This Chair Had Been Out In The Weather For A While. Very Bad Smell From It. .... I Had To Run Around And Get Parts For It As Well .... In Closing.... Again Very Disappointed With This Chair, It Does Not Offer Support Al All... The Only Thing That Works Is The Massage.. Sad To Report That It's Definitely Not Worth The Money I Paid For It. There Is Definitely No Value For Money To Be Found Here... Buyer's Beware....
Not a great chair for me. I used it for 10 minutes and am literally giving it away despite it costing $200. It had some small faults and is not great quality, but i kind of expected that because it's a low-end chair. The real problem is the shape, the seat-back in particular. You sit way too far back so any kind of typing or using the mouse means you have no back support at all. The cable for adjusting seat-back tilt is too loose and so the button does nothing, you have to reach into the metal contraption / cable terminator to adjust it. Instructions were difficult but not terrible. Photos and explanation just could have been clearer. I had to derive some of the component positions. Leather is quite poor quality. Instructions were difficult but not terrible. Photos and explanation just could have been clearer. I had to derive some of the component positions. Leather is quite poor quality. My cat gave it a light clawing and it instantly got holes. The leather is apparently real but is thin and will easily rip. Wheels on the base are nice and smooth. Base also has grips on top so your feet can rest on the base (small things like that can matter when you use a chair 8 hours a day). Massage is good although not very powerful. But it's enough for me personally. I'm not very interested in that kind of feature anyway. Remote Controller has a reasonable interface and is hard to criticize. Power plug is short but doesn't matter much. Note youwill need a size 13 spanner for assembly for 2 nuts, the rest is taken care of by the included allen key. Pliers would be good enough.
This is a fun chair. I like the style and the leather is perfect. Just as i expected. Easy to assemble and looks sturdy. The massage function is just fine. If you are looking for strong one this is not the thing. But if you need quick fix in between work etc then this is a plus.
Purchased this chair as an update for its dilapidated predecessor. It's quite sturdy, reasonably comfortable, and in contrast to other reviews, I have found the massage feature to be quite effective. (I guess everyone's expectations vary on this). As with almost everything you buy online, you get a box of parts, bolts, etc and you actually make the product yourself from a sometimes bewildering array of bits and pieces. This is where the experience becomes disappointing, as many hours after the exhilaration of receiving your delivery, you are still crawling around trying to interpret some really ordinary and unhelpful instructions. Although I like to sit in chairs, I am not a chair manufacturer by trade and vague references to unmarked and poorly illustrated bits and pieces are absolutely useless. I am sure there are qualified chair assembly people out there to whom (possibly) some of the meandering ravings of the enclosed "instructions" may have meant something, however not to me.
Chair delivery was very quick and on arrival it is exactly as described and extremely comfortable and practical. Very happy with my purchase. I have a bad back and sit all day working and am very pleased that it has helped with my back pain. Massage is only vibrate but still quite nice when you're sitting for long periods.
The product was delivered within 2 days after placing the order in weekend! It was easy to install, unlike IKEA office chairs. I bought a small single port ‘power bank’ from Officeworks for $4.75 so that I connect that with the ‘message’ cable. This is how I got rid of hassle to connecting wire to the chair via cord from 220V AC power outlet. The message goes on and on with this cheap power bank connected to the built in cable of the chair for all day long! The chair consumes minimal power from the ‘Power bank’.In terms of comfort, it is way better than my other IKEA office chairs. Only drawback so far I noticed was that the hand rest handles get loose after use, in which case I had to tighten the bolt using the allen key once or twice a week.
