PU Leather Padded Office Computer Chair (White)

very poor quality. Leather was torn on the left arm and right front side of the seat. The top left side of the back padding stitching is open and of very poor quality. Very Disappointed

Firm back support for sitting at a desk. "Bucket" kind of seat is comfortable to sit in, for the average bucket. There's a large screw underneath meant for hand twisting that adjusts the amount of "give" in the chair (how firmly it resists rocking), but the back is not adjustable. It is gas lift though. The handle for gas lift has the words "free/lock" on it with forwards-backwards arrows but the handle does not move forwards or backwards and I suspect the handle is used for other Artiss chairs that do. But, a very good chair and I use it at my desk all the time. Am sitting in it now.

Very disappointed. I tried calling you but was on hold forever. When it came both arms had damage marks from the shipment. I took photos but have since scrapped them because I felt you would have done nothing anyway. Yours is a cheap organization. In addition, I would have never purchased this chair had I sat in it first. It is rock hard. Terrible quality. I guess you get what you pay for. Will never buy another chair without first sitting in it.

Chair is not comfortable

The back of the chair has no adjustment, and its too upright for comfortable sitting. The holes for the arms were not aligned properly so the back of chair leans slightly to one side. Its a pity that careless workmanship has spoiled the appearance of an otherwise nice quality leather and design.

Great look for the price

Look: Product looks stylish and sophisticated. Friend though i spent $300. Adds class to any office space. High quality products. Easily worth the money for this alone. Assembly: Easy to assemble - although i assembled mine on a lean. Not sure if that's a design flaw, only a certain way it can go, but will remake and update results. Comfort: Not as comfortable as i thought based on other reviews. Could be a little more padding on the arm, been on it for 2 hours and elbows a bit sore. Practicality: Standard office chair functionality - But lifts off the ground if you lean right back feels like it will tip. Overall: 5/5 Very happy for price - will buy again for sure. If minor issues mentioned were fixed could demand much higher price.

Great value, great quality

I live this chair! After having read previous reviews, I had confidence with my purchase. I have been using this chair for a few days, and I can say this is a major, major go! Supportive and comfortable, my favourite features is definitely the arm rests and the rocking/lean back. There are no options of adjustment apart from raising and lowering the seat but I haven't needed them, I find it perfect for my needs, but may not be for everybody. It was easy enough to assemble, one man job.

Looks and feels amazing, though a back a bit short

When you see it - looks even better than in the picture. Really nice and high quality chair. Feels great too.The only surprising thing is that the top of it ends below my shoulders - not what one expects from the executive chair, unless it's a chair for kids :) But then again, I struggle to remember times when my head actually rested on a chair - so maybe designers considered that...

Manufacturing fault

The online purchase was very good and the parcel arrived very quickly.Unfortunately the back of the chair seems to have been assembled to the black support bracket at the bottom of the backrest on an angle. Therefore when the chair is assembled the back is not “upright” relative to the seat of the chair.Other than this problem the chair was very good in design and construction. The chair was accepted as damaged and returned for a refund

Poor quality

Was not happy with this chair. Once assembled, we found it to be crooked and of poor quality. Some of the sewn seams looked like they would unstitch and burst open quickly. There were also staples sticking out. Would not recommend. This is also why I would prefer to see the item on display in store instead of it being an online only product.

Stunning Executive Office Chair

I ordered this Executive Office Chair and received it within 2 weeks. It is an absolutely stunning chair, beautifully crafted and of excellent quality. I highly recommend this product and the Black Swallow company for their outstanding fast and efficient customer service. I trust them completely and give 10 stars.
