I have been buying Pukara Estate olive oil for at least 15 years so I need no persuading. Only the 2.5 litre can gives me enough for a month or two!
Used for all things from salad dressings, grilling steaks and lamb cutlets, searing for braises, adding to butter in the pan to stop burning, and even cake baking when called for, and bechamel sauce for pastitsio. My cooking is appreciated by all this olive oil is my not so secret weapon.
