I use a stopwoch. If you like your life too much DO NOT DRINK. You will feel too new. You wont like the new you cos you liked the old you too much. DRINK WITH CAUTION.

This is my favourite Pukka tea. The taste is great. Not too sweet and the licorice root flavour also not too pronounced like in some of the other Pukka teas. I enjoy it after a meal, makes me feel relaxed and definitely aids digestion. I have no signs of bloating when I am drinking this tea regularly (4-5 times a week).

Myself and my partner absolutely love this tea since buying it. It smells as good as it tastes too. The aniseed scent as soon as you take it out of the box is quite overpowering but that soon goes away. Once you have made the tea it’s a really fragrant flavour of fennel and then the little hint of cardamom. It’s a really well balanced flavour. It’s lovely.

Having given up caffiene this year and mainly having hot water as my hot drink of choice, it is nice to have found a flavoursome tea to have on occasions. I am not normally a fan of fennel however didnt find this to overpowering and felt the flavours together have a sweet lasting taste. The other benefits is the plastic free bags and cardboard packaging so limiting the impact on the environment
Ordered from NVS, super quick delivery and to my surprise came with a little metal 'Pukka' carry case which I've been using for going to the office to keep my sachets clean and dry. Will be placing another order pretty soon as the teas are refreshing and leave no after taste that you sometimes get with detox type of teas. Very impressed, thank you.
What I noticed drinking it for after 2 days (empty stomach am and pm before bedtime): reduced acne, improved face skin texture, calmed stomach but it's not a laxative

This tea is beautiful. Herbs are very fresh, smells so soothing. I have digestive problems and have tried several teas. This is one of very few teas that actually helps calm my tummy. The aniseed, fennel and cardamom have a lovely, fresh aroma and flavour, with a hint of liqorice. It has a slight sweetness that is perfect. A really lovely brew that lightens the spirit. This is easily a favourite, now.
Use this every morning. Great smell and feels a good way to start the day. Will be re buying. Lovely taste and blend. Highly recommend
I bought this without really checking the flavour, however I was really disappointed when I opened the box and the overpowering smell of aniseed and fennel came out; this is an aniseed product so if you like aniseed then you will probably love it (my mum liked it!) but for me it’s a taste I can’t get on board with. I generally love Pukka teas so this could be great for some people but I will pass on this one
