I Received 2 sachet sample of supreme matcha green and organic bio from @pukkaherbs @sampler.io It tasted similar to other brands of teas available in market like Tetley. A blend of good natural flavors. A must try if you are looking for different flavors and brand to try on..........I tried it as nighttime routine.For the night time branding of pukka I am unsure to have any effect on sleeps or peaceful sleep unless I am already a peaceful sleeper or may be get more samples to try it for a week or so!

I absolutely love Pukka teas. Almost every tea I purchase is from this brand. I have tried other brands of "sleepytime tea", but the Pukka "Night Time" tea is amazing. I add some honey and organic milk to the tea, and it makes a perfect night time drink.I also have anxiety and difficulty falling asleep, but the Pukka night time tea relaxes me, tastes great, and helps me get to sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. I recently ordered a large, bulk amount of this tea because of the great price and taste. If you have problems relaxing or falling asleep at night, this is one of the best night time/ sleep teas out there.

I really love this variation of tea. There's no after taste of bitterness. There is like a flavor that bursts in your mouth thats not too sweet and strong. I don't even put any sweetener or honey in it. I just enjoyed it with water. It is very light and I really enjoyed my cup of tea. Night time tea is really need to be enjoyed before bed time coz i drank it in the afternoon while i was in a zoom class. So i was really sleepy. Lol!. I literally rummage to my trash bin to looked for the packaging so I could buy it when I go to supermarket. Forgot that i have it on the email. Lol! Thank you pukka for the sample. Upon first smell, I could tell the limeflower was really coming through. I was surprised at this combination of tea leaves as the limeflower is so overpowering that it takes away from the lavender and oatflower. It doesn’t smell like a nighttime tea to me but it’s not altogether unpleasant. I sampled it at the 5-minute mark but it still tasted quite watery, so I put the tea bag back in. I received these two teabags to try for free #freeproduct. I have been a fan of Pukka tea flavours in the past. My favourites being three ginger, lemon Manuka honey and green tea & lemongrass (can't remember the name exactly, but it had lemongrass). I was curious to try these flavours since they are different from my regular favourites. I enjoyed them very much. I liked the flavour of the tumeric gold. I wish they did a caffeine free version of the tumeric. I didn't mind the nighttime tea, but it was my favourite in comparison to some of the other flavours. However, that is just a personal preference. I think Pukka teabags provide exceptional tea. Not artificial and strong flavour. I often can use a teabag more than once.
I thoroughly enjoyed these teas at bedtime. Very tasty and natural flavours were a delight to have. The lemon and ginger was soothing for my throat when I had a cold . I felt like I could breathe a little easier and it brought me some relief which was nice. I also liked that the teas did not take very long to steep. When you’re in a rush late at night, you don’t want to be waiting around too long. After just a few minutes of steeping in hot water, the teas gave a very nice and flavourful taste.
