Puma ForeverRun Nitro Running Shoes Orange EU 40 1/2 Man 37775706-7

(196 reviews)

The Forever Run NITRO dawns a new era of support and guidance for all runners, providing the softness of a full NITRO midsole without compromising stability. It features a newly developed NITRO midsole with two different densities – a softer core with a firmer rim – and an asymmetrical heel counter to hold the foot in place through every stride. The theme also continues on the outsole, thanks to a wider medial rubber segment stabilising late-stage pronation. In short, it's the perfect blend of support and cushion.

Bought this shoes and very upset because after few months it is almost a hole in the toe and small cracks on sides. It is not something should happen with shoes for 200 dollars. Very disappointing!

Comfortable.

Excellent. I like it very much. My foot is a little fat. This one fits me really well. Also appreciate the convenient return policy. Indispensable for online order.

Good start in competing with Hoka shoe

I ran in them the first time today, and it was a good feel for comfort. I liked them as my heel hit the ground and could feel the absorption of a heavier runner. The heal box is a little to loose, I pronate and cool feel sideways motion when running slower. Side heal comes up high and irritates my ankles a bit.

Great shoe but wears out toooo fast
16 March 2023

Had a great chat with a Puma marketing guy about this shoe. He sold me! And I loved running in them. However after just 60 miles a large spot had worn through on the tread. Now I am a hard heal striker but that's just way way to quick. Now at 75 miles and the hole is as big around as a silver dollar and deep. Oh well.

Cushioning is rated at 4/5 and the Deviate 2 at 5/5, when should be the other way around.Very comfortable shoes. I bought it already 4 times.I use it in forest tracks around Frankfurt as well as on asphalt.Distances 15k-42k

Great stability shoe

This is my 3rd pair. I love these shoes. They have cushion and are really supportive. The stability is amazing and they are not clunky like other stability shoes.

Lightweight incredibly supportive

I've been looking for a high quality pair of runners, these ones are so light they make me feel like I'm Walking on Air and the cushions are so good. They provide excellent support and definitely exceed my expectations. I will be purchasing many more Puma shoes in the future

Nice Guidance Shoes for Neutral Runners
5 July 2023

I'm a neutral runner and have never had the need to run in stability shoes. I tried one and didn't like its obtrusiveness that seemed to make you run in a certain way. Then, I read/saw the reviews about the ForeverRun being more of a "guidance" shoes for neutral runners and I decided to give it a try.I have a good number of shoes from various brands for the easy/recovery/slow category and I have to say that the ForeverRun just may be my favorite of the bunch. It's not too soft/squishy and it's not too firm/stiff; it's right in between while providing plenty of protection from impact. The ride is smooth and pleasant and I appreciate how it guides my feet to land neutrally when I'm logging the easy and slow miles for recovery after fast tempo or threshold workouts ... MoreI'm a neutral runner and have never had the need to run in stability shoes. It's also lighter and more nimble than the typical max-cushioned shoes, so you can pick up the pace a bit without getting dragged down by bulk and weight. For some, it'd be a good daily trainer as well. I'm very impressed by the ForeverRun and highly recommend it.

Something not right - maybe just me?
4 July 2023

40km into the shoe (4 runs by 10km each) and can't continue to wear them. On the left foot there is some structural issue that is making my left small toe go numb and experience a shock feeling. I don't wear wide shoes and haven't had this issue before in any other shoe. I can't swap insoles as the issue is too painful to experiment with. Right foot always felt great. Unfortunate I can't enjoy the shoe because the ride is otherwise great.

Work horse trainer.

I have 30 miles in these. Despite the low weight, these do feel heavier than one might think. Good protection but does not have the pop like the Velocity Nitro. I’ve run in three pairs of those. Still, a good shoe for easy paces. Don’t like the metatarsal pad that the sock liner has. Wish Puma would offer one without. Shoe laces a bit too short.
