All of the high school vibes. Spint x Skate

Love my new Pumas. I sprinted with Puma spikes in high school, which is the last time I owned a pair with the big downturned stripe. The suedes are giving me the same vibe as my navy & white spikes, although I haven't tried running in them yet (it's been 40 years). The skate style shoe is much more practical for my current level of activity. You lost a star by sending some puffy 2000s white laces instead of some thin classic white ones. I'm out three buck for the new laces, but that's obviously not the point. These shoes look dumb on me with "phat" laces. The black laces look OK, but they could be thinner as well.

More comfortable than anticipated!

Let me be the first to say that I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews. I ordered my black Puma Suedes simply because I wanted some stylish shoes for the winter. I have never had much luck getting a combination of style and comfort when it comes to flat soled shoes. I put these bad boys on to go run some errands and they are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I am honestly amazed! They’re stylish, and they’re comfortable! These shoes are definitely a keeper! 10/10 would recommend.

Not happy that these shoes were discontinued.

I bought these because I love these shoes. My favorite color is the peacoat blue. Which I found was stylish yet understated enough to be worn in the corporate environment in which I work. I even wore a pair of the peacoat blue for my wedding and bought my groomsmen a pair so we all matched. I own several colors and was very upset to find out that Puma has discontinued them only for them to be replaced by something that looks a pair of old school airwalks. Therefore I scrambled and bought these since it was the only color left that I could wear to work. Thanks a lot Puma.

Ole School
5 April 2024

I brought these Sneaker about 2 weeks ago my secret is to brush the blue part lightly with tooth brush, put them away in the box they weredelivered in and repeat in a few days. The deeper blue will start to appear. I have been wearing this particular style of PUMA'Ssince I was in middle school and they were made in Yugoslavia With Walt (Clyde) Frazier NY Knickerbockers Classic Signature onon all the suede with the white stripe feature. The instep quality is a little lacking gone is the all white thicker lining and the built in arch support.you eve stop the dotted size feature on the young of each pair it's the little things that separated them from the pack. ThanksAnyway

Quality has decreased and shoe is narrow
22 May 2024

While I have been wearing this shoe for the past 7+ years, the quality has noticeably decreased in the last 3 years. The shoes stopped wearing through the bottom of the sole and now I need a new pair once per year from the inner material under my heel failing through to the grid-like structure below. The heel of the sole is hollow and roughly filled with a thick but hollow grid of rubber material. Above that is a thick cloth that rubs through. Once the thick cloth rubs through, any replacement sole you put into it will be destroyed by the rubber grid. Then it is uncomfortable to walk on that grid; duct tape helps, but not for long. This happens for me with between 9 and 12 months of wearing this as a primary shoe (walking dog, walk at park, office job).Otherwise, ... MoreWhile I have been wearing this shoe for the past 7+ years, the quality has noticeably decreased in the last 3 years. When relatively new, it is fairly comfy, but the front is quite narrow. Maybe my feet are wider or maybe that has changed too, but now I have started having issues with the inner material rubbing the front of my foot. The sides of the front of the shoe on the inside is not smooth; it is layered "suede" material that sometimes irritates my foot.Looks like I will be finding a new shoe to wear....

Really Bad fit
3 October 2024

Initially I thought they looked cool and decide to buy encouraged by the low price. I ordered them and received the shoe box in a bag, the box was crushed with a hole poked into it. Okay so the shoes where not damaged. Other Puma shoes I bought where shipped in a box within a sturdy box. I bought these and despite my review of the sizing charts and going with the recommended sizing they are way too narrow with a ridiculously thick insole. They will have to go back.

Suede looks great. Need to take care for longevity
3 October 2024

Suede shoes look great. The Suede XXL run a bit larger at least for me. I am a size 10 men's, but I wear a size 9 1/2 men's in these XXLs. Puma's suede shoes are some of the best in the shoe game. But, suede isn't a wear and forget type of material when it comes to shoes. Unlike canvas and leather upper type sneakers, suede sneakers require more care and attention to keep them looking sharp for the long run. These Puma suede XXL's are well made with durable suede materials and are easy to keep clean as far as suede goes. I have half a dozen pairs of various colors, and they all still look great. I make sure to clean them regularly with soft & medium bristle brushes, erasers to dry clean the suede. Very nice!

The quality of everything inside, including the laces and shoes was very neat and clean! Unfortunately, the box got messed up, but that’s something that can’t really be avoided with shipping. The gold on the shoe was something I didn’t see before and it looked great. My fiancé had these exact shoes since middle school, so they were completely worn to the point of the underside becoming smooth. He loves PUMA’s still and especially these shoes, so I got new ones for him and he loves them. He loves the style, so I’m super glad they’re still the same.

Wish I Didn't Size Up
22 May 2024

I wear sz 11 dress shoe, size 11.5 sneaker, and sz 12 Nike running show. I have an old pair of Super Liga in 11.5 that seem too small, and the Euro sizing is more like an 11 AND reviews here said to size up. Had to believe it based on that, but the sz 12 Suede was too long for me. Width was good at the longer size. The Euro size seems to jump for the 12, too, so maybe I'm just not cut out for Puma shoes like I was when I was younger? As for the shoe, the burgundy color wasn't as vibrant as I hoped for. It was a little dull and dark. I didn't want to hit it with a suede brush and see if I couldn't improve it to my eyes, since I was returning it.

Would love to be able to keep these... So narrow
4 June 2024

Same problem with all these classic styled shoes. My feet are not tubes. Stop making the forefoot so darn narrow. Not asking for Topo/Altra barefoot style toe boxes, but when I have to go down a half size in your trainers to a 10 1/2 and would have to look like a clown in 11 1/2 in these to come close to my forefoot not being cramped, you have a design issue and miss the mark. And stop gluing in the insoles. Some people need arch support. Miss the days when Nike would include arch pads and an adhesive strip to add to their insoles. Shoe companies are clueless today.Other than that, a beautifully styled shoe I'd take all day over Adidas. If they could only be made for people who's forefeet are actually wider than their heels.
