With a retuned upper offering even more performance, the Ultra 6 puts you in pole position for every duel. The key upgrade is the lightweight synthetic outer layer, complete with micro texturing for confident dribbling at pace. The reengineered material provides unrivalled support no matter how fast you’re travelling, so when you’re in any kind of sprint race, there’s only one winner. The Play edition once again features PUMA’s SPEEDSYSTEM soleplate for superior traction and propulsion. Developed following extensive research into the efficiencies of accelerating, braking, and cutting on the football pitch, the plate’s equipped with FastTrax studs, making you quicker off the mark and when changing direction. At the heel, it’s a three-stud setup – tests showed that having a stud on the centreline is more effective for braking, perfect for surprising opponents with sudden stops.
