Punky Colour Semi Permanent Cotton Candy 100ml

I love punky color. It smells amazing and is easier to apply than some box dyes on the market. Doesn’t ruin or dry out my hair. I don’t have to lighten my hair at all to get amazing vibrant colors! I love to play around with different color combinations too. Pictured is Cherry on Top and Teal. I loved this combo! I got compliments all the time. It lasts longer than some pigmented conditioner I’ve tried in the past. It’s an excellent value for the money, one tub will last me up to 3 uses when doing an all over color.

I am actually a cosmetologist and I do hair for a living, so with that being said, I love punky colour hair products. They are very vibrant and stand out. Some clients even bring it in themselves and ask for it. Whether it be the dive before care or after care it always works. It tends to last long and it never damages my hair. In fact it actually hydrates it and makes it look like I have just came from the salon. I would highly recommend this line to anyone who's looking for an affordable new look without breaking the bank.

After I was blonde for about a year I decided to do a “crazy” color and decided on this gorgeous turquoise. I have very thick long hair and one container was just enough for my head. The color turned out gorgeous and bright, it matched my skin tone perfectly. I only had the color for a little over a month, but if I do another color again I’ll be choosing this brand.

Punky Color's Alpine Green is the best green hair dye on the market. It is such a beautiful shade of green and is extremely long lasting. I applied this dye once and it literally stayed vibrant in my hair for five months. It stains pillowcases and tubs when you initially apply it, but that ends quickly as you wash your hair. I love this dye so much.

Okay this is SO pigmented. I was really just trying to get a touch a color on my ends that had the bleach; the rest of my hair was virgin dark brunette hair. I usually just slap it all on my head and call it day because tbh, it makes my hair soft and I didn’t think it would give it any color because my hair is super dark. Bruh. It definitely gave it color. My hands were red for like a week and a half and the color lasted a good while for a semi permanent hair, even on my virgin hair. Also it smells good so top tier points for me.

I tried this on my sons hair, he’s 4 and was really wanting his hair colored blue. We picked this brand because it was aluminum free paraben free and vegan. It also said it lasted 30 washes. I applied it to his hair, it smelled amazing nice a fruity. They color went on so bright. It looked so bright like it was very pigmented. It said to wait 15-30 minutes. We waited the whole 30 minutes because he was playing and got into what he was playing with. When I rinsed it out we were so disappointed it didn’t stick any color at all in his hair only his skin was blue and stained. He was so upset with it.

I love the color - very pigmented and covered up my natural brown hair. I expected for this to be messy, but was not prepared for how messy! I sat rinsing my hair with cold water for a long time and dye was still coming out like crazy. It was all over my tub and surround. Luckily, I was able to clean it with bar keepers. Will need a new inner plastic shower curtain though! Because of the mess, I likely wouldn't use this again.

Did what I was hoping for

I bought this kinda on a whim b/c it was 75% off at Ulta. My hair is naturally very dark brown, but I have balayage highlights that are a cool blonde. it was starting to get a little yellow, so instead of toning I decided to try going pink for a bit. It came out really nicely! I applied to clean dry hair and left for probably 30 min or so while I did some cleaning up. I even washed and rinsed my hair with hot water after (the directions say to just rinse with cool water) and it turned out just as I was hoping. Not sure why so many other reviewers had such trouble!

Great color!

This color is beautiful and as advertised. It's pastel pink. I used cotton candy and rose red to ombre my hair and I get complements all the time. This picture is after weeks of wear. When I first dye it the colors are almost the same. Fades to perfect after a couple washes. I let it sit for like an hour because it's conditioner and my hair loves it. It takes forever to rinse out lol

Please disregard all the negative reviews from people who do not understand how this product works. If your hair is bleached very light and dyed with light pink, this product is for temporarily repigmenting your hair after the color has faded between dye jobs.To achieve even pigmentation, I always use this when my hair is wet. I shampoo and rinse my hair then towel-dry it while still in the shower. I comb it with a wide-toothed comb then apply either straight Punky or Punky mixed with conditioner, depending on how faded my hair is. I leave it on for a minimum of 15 minutes then rinse it out with cold water. My results are great every time.
