it's difficult to review this product because the benefits it brings are not immediately visible. I used it on my mum's car when it showed signs of stomach problems and it seemed to help. the symptoms passed quickly.

Very messy, grainy. Easy to drink just with water but a tablet would be easier. Bought this to use with the gut powder after reading that it goes with it, however, later read that it should be taken at least 2hrs after supplements or can reduce their affect, since I'm at work by then it's not very convenient, so haven't used it regularly. Trying to get hubby to use it to reduce his flatulence lol.
Don't know how effective this stuff is, I've just spent hours cleaning up after the pack exploded on opening. Fine black powder absolutely everywhere. The advice on the pack to open carefully is not enough warning. I did and I still look like a coalminer, even after a shower. NOT happy.
I bought this product to try and whiten my teeth naturally. I have used it for over a month but found it has made no difference at all. Wouldn't recommend for brushing as it is also abrasive. Might be good for other uses.
Unfortunately the product must have been vacuum sealed. When I opened it the charcoal exploded all over myself and my kitchen. It took nearly an hour to clean up.Charcoal doesn’t wash off easily.
I’ve only just started using this product but I love that it’s has so many uses, and a little goes a long way! I’ve used it for my teeth, face mask, and used a little in my water as a detox which is good!Can’t wait to start seeing more results with the teeth whitening! I agree with the other reviews, it’s very very messy!
Be warned it makes a mess! I have been using this a supplement in water for detox when I have been feeling bloated or had IBS symptoms and has helped ease it. Also used for my teeth and the super clean feeling afterwards is nice. Keen to use this in a homemade mask.
