I started taking a couple of these capsules each day and noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. The 'brain fog' feeling I had been experiencing disappeared - I felt normal again. I will definitely be purchasing more. Very easy to take and ideal to take on long runs. I don't like electrolyte drinks so this is the perfect way for me to get electrolytes.

As a heavy sweater and cramper, these have saved me. I take 2 w a good amount of water before a work out and my muscles feel in great shape to get me through my workout and my physical work day.
Almost finished my second pack of 80 and will be back to order more. I'm a heavy salty sweater and cramp a lot on long runs. The bottle says every 30 minutes so I'll either wrap them in glad wrap and carry on me, or at the car every hour pop two and carry on. Sometimes they are so magical I forget to take carbs on, so just be a bit careful there. Sometimes after a long day if I haven't had much water I'll take one tablet with a bottle of water instead of a $3.50 Powerade from the store.
The pills are mostly regular salt, and very low amount of other elements which are the chip forms.
Love these capsules, so easy to carry with you and take every 30 mins - no need to take messy powder with if you need to top up bottles etc.
Worth noting, out of the three ranges (before, during, post) these were the "during" - great for fasting - noticeably made a difference - will be purchasing again for sure.
Works well, I've used it before a hard dirt bike ride and I feel like I had a great ride in that I wasn't so drained. I also use it in my post work concoction.
