My cat eats these readily. They helped control his blood sugar levels for several months. He is now in remission from diabetes, but still enjoys these croquettes.

The Purina Diabetes Management dry food has proved to be far better than the Royal Canin alternative our cat has been fed since diagnosis over three years ago. The pieces are smaller, which makes them easier for our cat to eat as he now has no canine teeth. He is not getting sick nearly as often with this diet, and on the occasions when he is, it appears that the biscuits are far better digested. He has put on weight (which is a good thing) and is generally more lively, and alert than before. He also seems to enjoy eating them, which he did not with the other brand.

My cat is diabetic so I'm very limited in what food I can give him. These dry biscuits are perfect and he loves them. His brother has a sensitive stomach so although he is not diabetic, he is fine with these biscuits too. There are never any left in their bowls! 😋

My cat loves this food so much He never gets fed up of this product and He has lost a good amount of weight, in a healthy way. He was 6.5kg.now his belly is no longer touching the floor, He has a way to go to get to His ideal weight, and with this food He will loose more,at the recommended amount. Not only that but His skin condition improved. Previously I had tried many foods for weight loss. Non of which has had the same results. I am very happy, now He is happier.
My cat seemed to like it a bit better than the other branded wet diabetic cat food, but it still not 100% about it. I still have to mix it up with other non-special-diet wet cat food. I have found that my cat seems to like more moisture than chunks. Given this, it would be good if there was also a diabetic 'extra gravy' or 'in extra broth'. I have bought a Mouli and am hoping to mush it all up and add some water instead.
Some pouches were damaged during the packing process and I had to contact customer support. The issue was dealt with speedily and I received a partial refund within days. The other pouches were intact.
Seems to be working well for my cat. alongside his insulin injections. My Vet is very pleased with his progress:
