I love Pyrolux they have so many great products that I've purchased, so I decided to try this. It's great roasting duo. The bigger pan is great for larger roasts like lamb, chicken, beef etc. The lid is very snug and keeps the moisture and juices in the meat. And the helpful smaller roasting pan I found very useful to roast the accompanying vegetables. Love Pyrolux, especially the HA+ range. The coating is super quick and easy to clean.

Versatile and heats evenly, cooked 1kg of chicken marinade and didn't stew or stick anything- can cook bacon and egg and put the lid on- only used tongs to maneuver eggs, nothing sticks,!Been using it for three weeks almost everyday- no soaking necessary +++++
I bought this roaster a couple of months ago and hands down is the best roaster I've owned. Love that it has the 2 trays so you can either use just the one for small roast/veg or if you have a larger crowd to cook for, use both trays. Roast veg always comes out really crispy. Super easy to clean as well.
It is a great purchase. My roast potatoes are so beautiful they turn out golden , I have recommended to family and they have also purchased.

I never thought I needed a lid for an oven baking tray. Now I have one, I do not know how I did my cooking without it! Perfect to cook steak on my induction top and cook fried rice after with the yummy juice from the steak you have just cooked. I love cooking my Hainanese chicken in the oven with hot flavoured oil in 15 minutes with the lid on! Very easy to clean.
I received a roaster and it was damaged, within a week Everten had replaced it. It was much lighter than I expected, however I have already used this to roast, bake and make gravy on the stovetop. Works well and cleans away without any issues. I am SO glad I ended up buying this roaster. It also holds so much. Really happy with this purchase.
This provides good even heat, has a glass lid and also the option to grill with the second piece or use as a lid also. Sturdy good product, quick delivery a sound company to buy from. I have tried a few roasting dishes over the years and this is my go to one. I have bought one ro each of my kids one for home and one for our holiday house. no hestitation in recommending this is one to buy.
