Pyunkang Yul 1/3 Cotton Pad

I usually like to swipe my damp face with a first layer of toner with a cotton pad. I E been using the cotton pads from Costco as they are the best deal but I find they soak up a lot of product. Some k beauty toners are expensive so I ordered these cotton pads to try. They are extremely thin, which means that a minimal amount of product gets absorbed. I usually like swiping my face with the first layer of toner because I like to physically get rid of any leftover makeup or dirt that I didn’t manage to clear after double cleansing. These cotton pads are not environmentally friendly, but because they are so thin I find they take up less footprint with regards to environmental care.

This is by far the most amazing product I have gotten! It looks like a plain thin sheet of cotton but it maximises the amount of toner you add on it!!!! Added 1/3 of what I’d usually use and VIOLA, my whole face is covered! You definitely need this to save some money! Great size and quality product!And!! It’s so thin and absorbent that you can actually add some toner and serum to it to make it your own DIY mask! Great Pads for Masking

These cotton pads aren't the standard cotton rounds many will be used to. They are pretty thin, but that is so that the maximum amount of product is transferred into the skin and not wasted in the fibers of the pad. I love the way the box is packaged, as it makes it easy to access the pads, even when the supply is low, versus cotton rounds that come in a stack and are hard to access when they start to run out. It helps when pouring toner on these to place drops all around the pad and allow them to disperse instead of pouring on one spot. Pouring in one spot may cause the product to drip through. These pads are great for making toner masks. These pads have no scent and are great for sensitive or acne-prone skin. Just wish they were a bit thicker, like the pads from Dear Klairs.

Love Them!

These are thinner than traditional pads which means they absorb less product and helps your toner last longer. After I apply product to the pad, I fold it in half to better disperse the liquid and then open it to apply. Not a good option for removing makeup! They are small and soft, and can tear easily if you are rough or apply product too quickly. I go slow making sure to get the product everywhere. A little goes a long way. I have not used these to make a pack/mask but I love that option, especially if I need to target certain areas. On special they are a great deal, will repurchase.

Really good cotton pads

This is a TONER pad to be used with liquid TONERS. This is not your typical thick, plush, cotton pad for removing makeup or whatever else. Yes, it is super thin. IT'S MEANT TO BE THIN. Pyunkang delivers on their promise that you'll use 1/3rd less toner, and once the pad is soaked, it feels BETTER than a normal cotton pad. Toner actually gets transferred to your skin instead of soaked into the pad and wasted. If you know the struggle of running out of toner constantly, give these pads a try, seriously.

Try it, what have you got to lose

I don't think I was expecting such a thin cotton pad? But I've only been used to thick cotton makeup removal pads (see picture below) and this is much thinner in comparison.I was torn between giving this a 3 star or a 4 star rating, since I don't have much experience with cotton pads for using skincare products. But I decided on 4 stars because it does its job, despite how flimsy it feels.The composition of the cotton pad being 1/3rd does help with absorbing a lot more product than I was used to (I'm guessing that doesn't say all too much since I was incorrectly using makeup removal puffs while I searched for cotton pads.)However, I'm sure that, like me, it's all about the cost benefit analysis for you too, my dear reader. So, for the price, the package contains quite a large quantity of pads in comparison to other products I was looking into on IHerb. I also noticed other people complaining about bits of cotton on their face, but if you're just using this with a toner (I'm using FAB toner), I don't think that should happen? At least, it wasn't my experience. Maybe for people with sticky toners..?In any case, like the title says, it's quite an inexpensive product to try out. Unless you're sure you want a thicker product. Wow!

I ordered these pads as a try, but wow was I right to do so! The texture of these is surprising, and I am definitely won over. I moisture them with some flower distilled water or with a lotion of the same brand, and put the pads either under my eyes or wherever I want to. These amazing pads keep the moisture for a long time, hence moisturizing and nourishing my skin like a mask. I will try using them to take off makeup as well, but this is not why I picked this product in the first place. I wear very little makeup (on my eyes that's all) but I might try and use them for that too. I am discovering this brand, and so far am very pleased.
