Absolutely love this product and even purchased fir my girlfriend! I used Qiara breastfeeding sachets whilst struggling with blocked ducts and mastitis. I was recommended the product by a friend who is a midwife and specialises in lactationIt helps so muchI find it increases milk supply but thins the milk out making it easier to pass through clogged ducts. Essential for pregnancy and postpartum

I highly recommend this probiotic. I’ve been using it ever since it was recommended to me after I received a b-strep positive result during my last pregnancy, I took qiara for two weeks and took the test again which came back negative. I’ve taken it throughout my entire breastfeeding experience and it just makes me feel so good. I haven’t had mastitis this time which I’ve been hospitalised with in the past, I feel qiara has helped.

Expensive but worth it.

I have had issues with ongoing nipple thrush and I have started taking this along with doing alot of natropath advised tricks as well as take the antifungals and treating my baby. I believe all therapies are working and my thrush is now easing (after 5 months of troubles), I was determined to continue breastfeeding so for me everything spent on ensuring that happening is worth it. I cannot say for certain that it was the probiotic that is the key, but I'm still happy I got it and will continue use.

Helped immensely

This product is amazing. I haven’t had mastitis since. I used to get mastitis really easily. Constantly was on antibiotics and no one really knew how to help. This was my final straw. I bit the bullet and purchased this probiotic- even though it’s expensive. I know why now!!! It works! I take two sachets if I get a blocked duct. And booom- it’s fixed! Also, if my bub is fussy and refusing to feed (she had reflux) I take one and she of much happier feeding. I love this probiotic soooooo much!!!!

Love this probiotic

After have my son I got mastitis and had to go on strong antibiotics .my doctors recommended this probiotic and said it would help stop me from getting mastitis again. I started on it straight away and have stayed on it ever since. I have noticed a huge improvement I also noticed a improvement in my general well-being and this also benefits my son as I continue to breastfeed him. I have noticed my son has less gas and better digestion since starting this probiotic as well.

Probiotics which help with feeding

I was having troubles with my baby latching and breastfeeding her, and so I was recommended this product after I was on my 2nd round of antibiotics within a span of 3 weeks because of mastitis.I’ve been taking this for just over a month now and I have not had a hint of mastitis appear, nor have I had latch troubles with baby since taking this. It’s tasteless and easy to mix with water or any liquids really. It’s such a highly recommended product from myself and I’d encourage it to be taken if mastitis is an ongoing issue for you.

Qiara pregnancy and breastfeeding probiotic

This was recommended to me after I had some antibiotics to treat mastitis. I’ve only been taking for a couple of weeks, while I’m not sure if it will prevent future episodes of mastitis yet, I feel better overall. Just generally better. I definitely recommend this product and I’m going continue taking during my breastfeeding journey.

Saved my breastfeeding journey

Excellent. With my first baby I had reoccurring mastitis until I found this probiotic. Once I started it he probiotic I never got mastitis again. Now I have my second baby and started using it before delivery - no issues whatsoever with breastfeeding. Would highly recommend.

So happy I stumbled upon this

I've just headed into my 3rd trimester and asked a few girlfriends what pregnancy multivitamins they were taking. One of them suggested taking Qiara especially in your 3rd trimester and then afterwards for breastfeeding. After doing my own research it didn't take me long to realise I had a quality product recommended to me. I've been taking for a fortnight now and feel good. As for nursing angel, they were the cheapest stockists and the turn around was rather speedy. So win-win all round I would say. Do yourself s d your baby a favour, look into this product!

Used to combat Thrush

I bought this and am not pregnant or breast feeding but was recommended by a pregnant friend that said her thrush symptoms improved! Can confirm this works for those non pregnant to help downstairs feel better. The probiotic must help balance all bad bacteria in the body including down there. Highly recommend.
