A few years ago I had bought some cheap, generic phone mount for my bike - the one with the silicon straps that wrap around the top and bottom of the phone. It worked but I hated that it was nearly impossible to access the top or bottom of the screen.Decided to upgrade to a Quad Lock case and mount and I could not be happier. This is the second case I’ve bought, as have a new phone. Found after a year, the ring/stand gets a bit loose and rattly. Not a problem, but a bit annoying! Also, a white, or non heat absorbing colour option would be good, as sometimes, when using the car dash mount, the phone overheats. But other than that, these cases and docking system is awesome! This is the only system I have ever used that has never fallen off while driving with the dash mount! Was a bit sceptical, but also have the motorcycle mount, and my phone has never fallen off!! Also recommend the universal type quick fit mount, works great on my golf buggy, and would also be great on push chair/shopping trolly!

As a satisfied owner of a QuadLock case and bicycle mount, when I upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro Max I immediately bought a QuadLock MagCase to go with it. The speed of delivery was excellent, and I have no complaints about the protection offered by the case, or how well it connects to my existing mount. Unfortunately, what I am unhappy about is that case is not compatible with Apple's MagSafe charger, despite advertised as "compatible with wireless charging". I raised this issue to the Support team (who were very polite) and was advised that "with the latest generation of iPhones, Apple have changed the distance that their charging coils will connect from", so the MagCase is not MagSafe compatible. When I had my iPhone 12, I noticed my screen protectors kept lifting off from the top right corner. I didn't think much of it until I recently got a new iPhone 14 Pro. I put a new protector and a regular (not a Quad Lock) case on it right away to protect it, while I ordered a new Quad Lock case for it. Everything was fine for the week or so it took for the Quad Lock case to arrive. As soon as I put it on, my screen protector started lifting from the top right corner.I'm not going to stop using screen protectors and I'm not going to be replacing them every other week - so I think my only other option is to not use this case. Love this case! My only gripe is that my old case was MagSafe but also had an additional magnet to stick it to anything metal. Used it all the time on the golf course sticking it to the cart’s frame like you see people do with rangefinders, to the fridge, a magnet in my car. It was great. And fit perfectly in my old Ram mount on my motorcycle. But I guess that’s the trade off to be able to use Quad Lock’s mounts which make up for my gripe entirely. Seamlessly clicks in place on the mount unlike the cheap knock I tried that didn’t lock well in place and made me feel like it was going to fly off on the highway any minute. I have had my iPhone X since October 2018 and I always buy quad cases for all my phones. They get pretty battered. I have the sports strap thing for when I am running, the car Mount, tripod mount and the bicycle mount and I use my phone 12+ hours per day. Only now after almost 4 years have I had to replace it because it started breaking apart! So I bought a new one. The main difference with the one I have now to the one from 2018 though is that the buttons are now completely concealed so there is even more protection. The plastic is noticeably tougher too.The only thing I don’t like with these new cases is that there is this kind of fine joining line that runs all around the case which is left there during the moulding process, which is kinda irritating. I’m tempted to use some fine grit sandpaper to smooth it down, but it will ruin the nice Matt finish of the case. That’s another thing the finish of the new cases is a higher friction matt plastic so it feels more sticky/secure in your hand which I like a lot.I am a massive fan of the quad lock system overall. The mounts etc might seem ‘expensive’ but once you have bought them they just last forever and you can use multiple phones with them all you need to do is buy the cases. I also bought the quad lock ring/stand - again it seems ‘expensive’ but it’s so well made and worth it for the extra security and comfort.
