As usual another great product from QL. Till now only complaint I would have was no wireless charging capability while using QL cases. Now it is in the past. New MAG cases combined with MAG charging pad are amazing. Charges fast. Looks great. The only complaint I have about the charging pad is the double-sided tape on the bottom. I have zero interest to glue it to one surface. I travel a lot and it goes in and out of the bag constantly. Sooner or later protective tape will peel off and it will be a sticky mess. Charge is not worth it as it is extremely slow. I have 20V going to the chager and its still slow. If your phone is turned on it will not change as it uses more power than the change puts out. Also the phone and charging pad gets extremely hot.

Stopped working less than a month after purchase. I tried changing the USB power plug, and even went directly to those wall USB units but nothing works. The light comes on and it never charges my phone any more.

Gutted that my new mag case doesn’t work with my home belkin charger.I’m back to using the charging cable rather than take the case off every nightAt the same time my old Car charger has intermittently stopped working
Absolutely brilliant. Phone stays put and charges without a hitch unlike with some other chargers I’ve had, and cheaper than other charging pads out there. Worth ever penny
The wireless charging pad works very well. The mass seemed odd at first but is perfect for use with the MAG case. And the backing on the charging pad does an incredible job of keeping the charging pad from sliding. Special bonus is how the magnetic aspect pulls the phone right into proper position.
I ride a recumbent trike and a recumbent bike, they both have Quadlock mounts and I would highly recommend both of these to everyone. This is a truly brilliant product.Thanks,David Godinez
Not a reliable product. It's on my bedside table and I put my phone there to charge– it almost never works when I put my phone (iPhone 13 Pro Max with a QuadLock case) on the mat to charge. I have to take the charging cable out of the back and then plug it back in, sometimes several times.Second, one thing I wish they made clear was that if you buy the ring that goes in the back, you'd have to remove it. There might be some fine print somewhere– but I think it'd be helpful for them to make sure you get a pop-up alert if you add 'em both to the cart. And I'm sure that's somewhat annoying feedback but… I think it'd be honest and appreciated to let customers know that the products they're buying together won't work together– in a clear way.All in all, this product ... MoreNot a reliable product. The whole point would be for it to be a literally frictionless experience– just plop it in the tray! The whole point is to eliminate messing with wires. So it really defeats its own purpose.
Good charging pad as it actually works with the quad lock MagSafe case… unlike the official apple ones. Important to note the quad lock MagSafe case WILL NOT charge properly with even official apple MagSafe adaptors which is misleading advertising.
Bought new MAG case for Pixel 7 Pro, Wireless charge pad, and official plug. Wireless charging is hit and miss, and will often stop charging after a minute or two. I think it might be the case design and thickness causing the issue. Given these are all quadlock products I would have thought they would work together but they don't.
