Very sweet, decent and a great idea but it’s too sweet to add any extra flavouring to make a vanilla or caramel drink in the way I would like

I love iced coffee and I spend nearly £4 on one single cup of it a week. So when I saw that you could buy concentrated coffee for the same price and get a weeks worth of iced coffees for the same price I thought I had to try it. I buy my iced coffee from Starbucks (hence the price) in Portsmouth purely because they are the only cafe in the city that can make a decent iced coffee beverage (thank you Debbie P) so any flavour nearest to that without being bitter would leave me a happy bunny.I was surprised when I tasted it that actually the flavour of the coffee was pretty good. I will say it’s definitely more suited to iced drinks though. It says you can use hot milk with it but my mother did that and told me that it wasn’t the same as the iced one. My issue with ... My issue with the product is the sweetness. It says on the bottle that there are no added artificial sweeteners. No maybe no but there is half a sugar cane field in it though.I love a sweet drink but this was…. something else.I followed the instructions to the letter. It said fill up your cup with 10% of the concentrate and then the rest with milk or water. I would STRONGLY recommend you fill up your cup or glass with 5% of the concentrate and add more as you need it because 10% left me with winter coats over every tooth in my head as well as my internal organs (and probably some bones too).Like I said, the coffee flavour was surprisingly good. Smooth, not bitter. But extremely EXTREMELY sweet.

Love this product. It is a little sweet but I like sweet iced coffee. The best thing is I can make it for myself with green top milk and my partner with oat milk.
I followed the directions for iced coffee with milk and this turned out with very little coffee taste. I love sweet coffee but this is just syrup with a hint of coffee
To me, a coffee "concentrate" would be very strong liquid coffee - something akin to a cold brew. This is a coffee syrup. It's very very sweet and doesn't mix well into iced drinks. The suggested ratio of 10% syrup to 90% milk results in a very sweet drink but not enough coffee taste. I tried it hot and it resulted in the same issues. If it was just a very strong coffee concentrate without all the sugar, fine, but I won't be buying it again.
firsrt time trying this today and as first when i had read the review's i was i but unsure but i ordered it last night anyway and collected it today and wow im loving it and will be buying more for sure
