Wasn't sure before I ordered it but SO glad I did. Lots of really handy recipes especially now we've had to go gluten free, minimal gums, minimal emulsifiers. If you have to live 'free from..' or just want to eat cleaner, Quirky Cooking will definitely inspire you.

I purchased all 3 of Jo Whitton’s cookbooks and I have to say that this one is my least favourite. I love her other two books as the recipes are really simple and nourishing. This one seems to use more ingredients and have more steps, taking more time to cook and prepare.

I’ve been following Quirky Cooking on Instagram for a while and was very excited to get a cookbook of Jo’s. They are quite expensive at $60 and got this one in the Black Friday sales at a discount. The recipes have great flavours and heaps of handy allergy swaps and tips.

Quirky Cooking Cookbook by Jo Whitton TM31 TM5 TM6, covering Thermomix allergy free recipes such as Gluten-free, egg free, dairy free, nut free, vegetarian, including beautiful scenery photos.
How many recipe books does one buy (or download) and you feel so disappointed? Not so with Jo Whitton's book! All of Jo's recipes that I've followed so far have exceeded my expectations. This book is what I've been looking for, due to my digestion issues, and Jo's approach to healthy cook-from-scratch ingredients aligns with what my body needs. Thank you Jo.
Thank you for a book which still contains TM31 recipes. I am finding it's increasingly difficult to source recipes for TM31. I'm not in a financial position to upgrade to a TM5 or TM6, and and with so few of the new recipes being suitable for TM31, it feels like the TM31 users have been forgotten.
